  DONT It’s not even worth 1 star My 4 month old attended this day care for a full week. By the second day he had a diaper rash, the most stupid explanation i was given for a diaper rash. Christina the office manager told me it was because “ it’s the change of environment” haha babies get a diaper rash for change of environment.. interesting.. his diaper was never changed regularly. I was constantly picking him up to wet clothes and an old bottle., they talk to kids aggressively, Children are constantly left unattended. incident I got to witness is a kid in the hall way with no adult around all classroom doors were closed. The kid was in the hallway with his pants down. Where is the care here? Are people actually doing there jobs here or they just go in for a pay check? Are they actually qualified or is this just any 30 min course anyone can take and become certified? THEY SUCK. And it sucks us as parents we cannot trust our kids in any day care anymore due to irresponsible careless adults who just open a day care for money not for the actual help & care. but god forbid it was their own kids.

  My daughter was absolutely miserable attending this daycare. The staff would leave her in peed clothes all day long and scream and yell at her (there’s proof of this) she would tell me they hit her which I’m unsure of but can definitely believe it. The teachers would complain about her everyday when I would pick her up they would punish her by having her in the office for long amounts of time for crying or for talking back (she’s only 2) She was terrified of the teachers. She would beg me not to go. Within just a week at a new daycare she is so happy to attend school she begs to go and the teachers and staff say she is great and have none of same issues towards my daughter. Please protect your babies by not sending them here.

  My daughter started here a few months ago and loves it! The outside of the building is a little deceiving, once you enter it is adorable. It’s decked out for each holiday and feels very homey. My daughter said her teachers are super nice. They were also great with working with me when she first started. Also it smells great, I think I pick up during their cleaning time in the evening and I love how clean it smells.

  IF I COULD Rate this place the WORST DAYCARE EVER I would. MY child was ABUSED and NEGLEGATED. I picked him up at 4:45 pm 1/4/2023 My son has TWO BLACK EYES A BUSTED NOSE . I DO NOT Recommend THIS SCHOOL. The teachers are very incompetent they don't watch your children they mix way older children to play with younger students the teachers sit while outside they are very LAZY !!! I'm Disgusted with the school AND HOW THEY ADRESSED THE SITTUATION!!!! THE INCIDENT HAPPENED @ 10:30 No phone call was made they didn't bandage my Childs face he was left with the cuts on his face no apologies were made at the time of pick up. I had to contact APD They refused to show me or POLICE the camera footage on the play ground! So don't think this daycare is "SAFE" because they have cameras . They are EVIL for allowing this to happen to my beautiful 5 YEAR OLD SON with no explanation on what happened!!!! I PRAY THAT ALL WHO READ THIS FIND A DAYCARE WHERE THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN PROTECT YOUR CHILD!!!!!! DO NOT BRING Them to magic moments.

  I had my three kids attending Magic moments for about 2-3 years and staff is amazing! My youngest is a special need child, and I never had a problem with any staff, they were always very understanding about his needs and care. This isn’t just a daycare, they take a lot of pride for what they do it’s like a second home for my kids! I highly recommended this place!!!! Thank you magic moments for your best care with my kids!
