We've been with this daycare for almost 8 years and theyve been great this whole time. Communication, reminders, and announcements were always given. My son very much enjoyed their summer feild trips and my 3 year old daughter learned so much for someone her age. We only left this daycare because we moved, I wish we couldve stayed longer. Thank you to all staff for everything throughout the years!!

While navigating a difficult separation between my child's mother and myself the staff was able to handle that delicate situation well and with balance. The learning areas are great and the outdoor play areas offer a lot for being located in a municipal area. Also, Mr. O rocks!
Matthew EAug 18, 2023I am highly satisfied with the child care that Southwest provides. The teacher's are very kind, caring and fun. My daughter is happy when I drop her off and when I pick her up. I can call at anytime to see how she is doing. They will accommodate to your childs need. I can go to work at ease knowing my child is in good hands. Thank you to all the teacher's for caring for our children.
Minnie GSep 20, 2021We have been taking my son to SWCC since he was six months. As a fist time mom, I was so nervous to leave my babe. The woman who works in his classroom was so kind on his first day and made me feel so much more comfortable leaving him. He is almost two now and we have had no major complaints. He seems happy when we drop him off and appears to have a good connection with his teachers. We feel very comfortable there and feel that they are always quick to communicate if he falls or has a bad day. Childcare is expensive, but I feel they are comparable to high profile facilities and cost about 200 less a month. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to my friends and colleagues. Thank you SWCC for taking good care of my little guy.
Deanna DrayerMay 7, 2021My son needs extra attention which when he started was no problem the director at the time was always on top of things and made sure his issues were handled and both parents informed. The new director forgets to inform both patents(we are divorced) and recently unenrolled our son. The needed attention is no longer there they will kick a child out for being a child. I understand if there is constant issues but there were not. My son has issues adjusting and after being out of daycare due to a covid concern he was not allotted the readjustment needed. Both parents are full time employees . If you want the care and attention needed for your child do not go here
