This is a great place. Kids learn a lot and there is not high turn over of students or teachers. It has a diverse faculty and group of children and very patient people who learned the kids names and seem to genuinely care about kids.
Anthm WrightJul 26, 2018When it was Bright Horizons we really enjoyed bringing our children here when we needed daycare. Now, as of 6/1/17 they are imagination station or something like that. We went from paying $44/day to almost $90/day for 1 child. That's $180/day for 2 kids, crazy. Worst thing is they told us 1 week before the changeover, leaving us little time to find another daycare option. The director advised us that they estimated the number of families utilizing this daycare incorrectly, and that's why the rates increased. Increased, they doubled. We really liked the staff, we won't be going back because of the new management. Hopefully they won't be around long and another sensible company will start running the facility.
nlexpcoa 123Jun 1, 2017I have never been treated so poorly in my life. The people of this daycare should be ashamed of themselves. I'm a single mother who was recently diagnosed with cancer looking for child care for one day a week, Sunday. I spoke with the assistant director Nikki on the phone last night and set up an appointment to take a tour and enroll my child in this facility today at 12 and he would be good to go to stay at the facility the next day. After speaking to the director I was given a website to print off the enrollment forms or told to show up half an hour early for my appointments and fill them out. So my printer was on the fritz so I left my house early and googled the address which is wrong if you look up bright horizons child care. This took me to the other side of warm springs and by the time I got back to the correct address it was almost 12. At this time the people at the front informed me that I would not be able to enroll my child because she was double booked by her supervisor and I was screwed for daycare the next day because of it. I had her call the assistant director , who said I told her I was coming in the night prior to this appointment to fill out the paperwork. But why would I schedule an appointment to do that with her when I already had a doctors appointment that evening and we had discussed doing at the facility the next day? The lady at the desk then told me that even if I had the paperwork she refused to enroll my son in the facility because she didn't have time to accommodate my needs and they told me that I had to find child care elsewhere. i asked if she knew that she had just screwed me over for my workday the following day and she said yes but that wasn't her problem and told me to leave. I am appalled by these people and I thoroughly hope they aren't treating the children the same way as they treat the adults. Disgusting.
Erin InfamyFeb 6, 2016I feel good leaving my son here. So far so good. I like that they provide the meals and they have all kind of activities. My son is 2 years old.

EarnhardtFanproductionsOct 12, 2015My daughter loves this place We have been going there for over a year.. All the teachers and caretakers are super nice and sweet.Too bad they changed the time there now. It's open only until 11pm now. That's the only thing I don't like about it now..otherwise it's a safe and fun place for kids!
