I would never recommend using this daycare unless you appreciate a serious lack of communication and being inconvenienced with sarcastic and false answers as to why this is happening. Arriving to find your child completely soiled and no cares given due to pure laziness, or having to pick up your child that was injured involving stitches due to a complete lack of supervision, or failing to return your child's personal items when asked for numerous times. If I was able to rate lower than 1 star I absolutely would, they are entirely overpriced for the very incompetent management and staff members that are employed with this place.
Eddie Del ValleNov 15, 2017I really like this place. My son started going here since January 2017 and he learn a lot and started talking more. But I had to take him out for awhile do to him having some little issues. Now he always asking that he wants to go to school but for now I'm gonna have him take a break. Thank you to the stuff for helping him learning. I'm a bit sad that he has to take this out but hopeful he starts behaving better that I can maybe take him back.:'(
Nessa SanchezApr 19, 2017I would urge anyone looking into dropping their children off at this place to find a different facility. A police report has been filed because one of the teachers left bruises on my child. We are in process of seeking legal action. Further, the office staff do not handle concerns in a professional manner, nor does the corporate office. Do not be fooled by the facility, the cameras (which are for show, they do not record), or the staff's attempt to appear as caring individuals. Make sure you ask for a copy of complaints made to licensing (it's your right to do so and they must disclose all complaints and the outcome of each complaint). Please learn from my mistake, do your research, and RUN like hell from this place.
Jessica LynFeb 16, 2015I did not enjoy picking up my son from this place at all. Overall it had just an unfriendly vibe. The teachers are unwelcoming and it stinks of dirty diapers throughout the entire place. Unfortunately I was forced to sign up here because I had no other options at the time. A week later, I was informed after the fact to pay other fees, which was truly annoying and deceitful. But I had no other choice but to pay. For example, I had paid for the whole week up front, but if I only took him 3 days of that week, then I would have to pay an extra $70. To elaborate on the tension in this place, the parents seemed stressed / annoyed especially at the reception area where you fill out the log sheets. To enter the building, each parent has to key in their code to open the entry doors. It's a nice feature, but I had a parent yell at me in the reception area the whole time about how rude of me not to wait and keep the security doors open for him. It's not a public access door. It's a security door. Anyways, I brushed it off but this old black man was so dramatic that he kept yelling across the whole daycare at me. The receptionists couldn't care less of the yelling. She was doing her nails; looking down or away. My son also said he did not enjoy class either. One summer was enough for me to cross this place off my list.
IshaFeb 13, 2015My daughter attended this school full time for one year when she was 4-5. We love this school so much. All the teachers and the staff are wonderful, dedicated and genuine. Now that she is in kindergarden, we still drop her off here on school holidays and breaks. I have used various childcare arrangements for almost 10 years for both of my children. This place is by far the best that I have ever come across. I highly recommend it to any family looking for care of their children.
Rochelle BubMar 27, 2013The facility is so clean and everything is in mint condition. The teachers are friendly and really do love children. My daughter loves this daycare and i wouldnt dream of taking her elsewhere.
