  • This place was honestly a huge disappointment. The director Louis is extremely rude and unprofessional. She rolls her eyes at parents, makes nasty comments, and uses inappropriate language like it’s normal. Every time there’s an issue, she’s suddenly nowhere to be found and impossible to talk to. What bothered me most was the way some of the kids were treated. I personally saw a child left sitting in a highchair for very long periods of time with zero attention, which was upsetting to see. The rooms were also consistently dirty and didn’t feel clean or well cared for at all. Parents deserve respect and kids deserve better care than this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  • This was easily one of the most disturbing and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a childcare program. The director told my daughter that my grandson is “special needs” and then stated he would not be allowed to return until he receives an assessment. That is not only inappropriate, it is completely out of line. To be clear, the director Louise is not a licensed psychologist, physician, or developmental specialist. Yet she felt comfortable labeling a child and making exclusionary decisions based solely on personal opinion. That reflects a serious overreach of authority and a lack of professionalism. It is also concerning to consider the director’s limited qualifications. Basic childcare licensing coursework does not qualify someone to diagnose, label, or make determinations about a child’s developmental needs. Those decisions belong to properly trained and licensed professionals, not individual staff opinions. What makes this situation even more troubling is that the child’s return was made conditional on obtaining an assessment. Denying access to care based on assumptions raises serious concerns about fairness, discrimination, and whether appropriate childcare standards and procedures are being followed.

  • What a HUGE improvement over another very close daycare that we originally had our son enrolled in. Gaby, the interim director when we first enrolled was (and still is) fantastic!!! The new director is also very friendly. I feel safe leaving my 3 year old there and I believe that they do help with his speech and development quite a bit!! We appreciate all the pictures and updates through the app and never feel like it is a generic “required response” we are getting….again, a VAST improvement other the other local daycare that we had prior)

  • We’ve had a great experience with this daycare. My child is always happy to go and comes home smiling, which means everything to us as parents. The teachers are kind, patient, and truly care about the kids. You can tell they love what they do and treat every child with respect and attention.

  • My Daughter attends this Learning center. From the day I came here to enroll her the staff & the atmosphere was so fitting, especially since moving her from another facility. As a parent we look for things like safety, cleanliness and most of all teachers and this Creative kids location checks off all the boxes. I always phrase and suggest this school to everyone I know who needs daycare. They are very interactive with the children and have a on time daily routine. I absolutely love it here. They meals are also prepared nice and fresh everytime I walk in there it smells soooo good ( Felicia you’re the best) They also set the mood for every holiday, seasons or even just the simplest days with their around the facility decorations. I wish I had found them sooner but now that my daughters here I’ll feel sad when it’s time to move on to kindergarten.

  • I’ve been taking my two boys here for the last four years. I was a little wary at first, but they have never disappointed. Ms. Sheryl, Ms. Beth, Ms. Marlene, Ms. Marylou, Ms. Gaby, and now the new director have built a truly great team. I know daycare can be expensive, but this place is worth it. My kids have truly flourished here. They’ve grown so much—my oldest is now 6 and in kindergarten, and my younger baby is now attending as well. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this place. Don’t hesitate—this is a wonderful place for your children.
