  • My interaction with the woman that does the room rentals was one to make me write this review. The way she communicated was very rude and abrasive, and it felt like she was talking down to me rather than trying to help. Customer service is extremely important when working with the public, and this interaction was disappointing. Experiences like this make it difficult to feel comfortable using the facility, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future visitors receive better service. We won’t be coming back here due to this. Please train your staff on customer service etiquette.

  • Awesome facility!! Super clean and nice inside and out. Helpful staff, well-ran youth basketball camp. Awesome outdoor space and play areas for kids. Nature around to explore as well. A true gem on the east side, which is rare to find over here!!!

  • I found the gym/fitness center affordable is no to big but it has the basics for your daily routine, the staff I’ve encountered they seem friendly. There’s plenty of restrooms with showers, water fountains and a great view of the city, i doubt any other gym has that view in town. For only $16 per month it’s a bargain. IMO i like this placez

  • Came to purchase Father Daughter Dance tickets. Was a way to find. Newer looking facilities. Went on a Monday afternoon and lots of children around. Will leave additional information after the dance❤

  • Great recreation spot with activities for everyone. Right next to a park with even more fun nearby. Awesome view of the city at sunset or anytime of the day.
