I love the machines in this gym but they need to have cleaning staff or at least the nearest cleaning boats because people don't clean the machines and they are always sweaty or leave garbage

My friend and I had an account together. He moved out of state and called to cancel his portion, unknowingly cancelling my account as well, which is fine! I called LVAC corporate offices to re-open my account, and the person I spoke with was rude and dismissive. She wasn’t grasping at the fact that we both signed up for the account together, and that we both had our credit cards on file together but paid for our own portion. They said “there’s only one buyer who controlls everything on the account, even if you paid for it”. She said I had to reopen a new account, and re-pay the initiation fees. I asked if she could escalate me to her manager, and she couldn’t even give me an estimate of when they could call me back. Their contracts are extremely shady and unethical, and the lady’s customer service is awful.

As one of the oldest locations in the valley, it is clear that not much has been done with changing the interior looks of the gym. It's very 80s tetro, with the machines what seems to be all over the place. However, looks aside, the equipment is well maintained. The women's workout room seemed to have better AC than the main workout floor.

The gym is the best. The staff (Manager Abel) sucks. Went over there requesting a membership change and told me he was gonna do it and when I gave him my card data he was selling me a daily pass for $20. I am not a tourist and being coming to this gym for years. He couldn’t let me go thru today and tomorrow for me to change the membership details on Monday. That’s simply ridiculous!

Maybe in the future my star rating will change but do to the horrible customer service from Keyara I refuse to get a membership with this gym. I walked in to pick up a doordash order from the juice spot and I had questions in regards to pricing the 2 staff 1 black male and the female keyara were extremely rude! Im a phlebotomy at a plasma center, customer service is everything within a business! Rude is a understatement and the sarcasm is received on the way out was even worse! All the Eos locations are extremely far from me so I was interested in becoming a platinum member at LVAC as well! For the days I don't feel like driving as far. Now I'm not so sure but just maybe if they have more polite customer support on duty! I feel like I was stereotyped for having on comfortable clothing on a Hot day, on my day off of serving my community with good customer service and support
