If you are looking for a trainer, I highly recommend Le'Chele. She skillfully identified certain parts of my body that need strengthening and brings her considerable knowledge and care to every workout session. She adapts to my needs and is incredibly attentive to my progress. She comes prepared with a plan in mind so each workout is purposeful and strategic. She truly cares about my health and well-being, wanting to ensure that I am both challenged but also not overdoing it. She's awesome!

I want to recognize Malena, Nazifa, Koko, and Wagma for the outstanding job they do in the daycare. We bring our 2-year-old son every weekday morning, Monday through Friday, and he genuinely enjoys coming to the gym. That says a lot. You can tell they truly care about the children, play with them, and create a safe and welcoming environment. As parents, that means everything to us. Thank you for the excellent work. Give these ladies a raise and keep doing exactly what you’re doing. We are very, very happy with the care our son receives.

I’ve had a great experience training with Nick Rogone. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and does an excellent job tailoring workouts to your goals while making sure your form is on point. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my strength and overall fitness since working with him. Highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about getting results. He’s the #1 trainer at LVAC for a reason! 💪

Honestly, for the price, this gym is probably acceptable, but I’m not very happy with it overall. Maybe this is normal in the US, but I have to mention the equipment BRUH it’s ancient. Walking into this gym feels like traveling back to the early 2000s. The cleaning staff does a pretty good job keeping everything clean, so I have no complaints there, but the gym desperately needs updated machines and equipment. Almost every cable machine feels like it hasn’t been maintained in years. The pulleys are rough, movements don’t feel smooth, and it seems like no attention is given to the equipment at all. This applies both to the main gym areas on the first and second floors and to the women’s section. Many machines smell unpleasant, and people regularly leave equipment especially the StairMasters… covered in sweat without wiping them down. Gross🤢 I will probably cancel my membership as soon as I find a gym with better equipment and proper maintenance. The only thing I’m worried about is getting hit with some random cancellation fee when I try to leave which, honestly, would be pretty hilarious at this point. 🧨🫪

I’ve worked with a lot of professionals in my life, and I know the difference between someone just doing a job and someone who truly cares. Nick Rogone at LVAC is the real deal. He took the time to understand my goals, not some generic fitness template, and built a program around what I actually need. He’s helping me both in the gym and with nutrition, which has made a huge difference. What I appreciate most is that Nick knows how to push you without making you feel defeated. He keeps me motivated, accountable, and focused, even on the days when showing up feels like the hardest part. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, patient, and somehow manages to make hard work feel doable. No gimmicks, no nonsense, just real guidance and real results.
