  • I cannot say enough about how amazing this daycare is. I absolutely love the teachers and my son loves them too. They are constantly having fun and exciting activities for the children and I love that I get a lot of hand painted pictures and things that my son made while at daycare. The school is incredibly clean, they rotate toys and there is lots of room for them to play. Plus, the price is one of the best I've seen, which to be honest, scared me slightly because I thought it might make them lack in care but I was wrong. If you are looking for a daycare, you won't be disappointed.

  • This review is for the Horizon location, but it’s too new and wouldn’t let me review it. My family and I just had a bad experience here. Teachers were great and facilities were very nice, we just did not have the best interactions with everyone.

  • We love this place, and would recommend it to anyone wanting great care for their children. We have been with this school for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I have 3 kids here and they have all flourished in their care. I love the cleanliness, security, educational quality and the fact that they don't charge an arm and a leg. Personally speaking there are two reviews showing from 2 women Farrah and Lily, that are done just to bully the owner. My infant was in the room with Farrah's child and she had people coming in and out at all hours of the day that took away from the other babies in the room, one day I came in and some lady working with her baby, i'm assuming these specialists she was talking about, demanded the teacher give her her undivided attention, meanwhile my child was crying and you could tell the teacher did not like being told this and as I walked up I told this lady working with Farrah's baby that's my kid crying and don't ever tell someone to put down a crying baby, I went straight to Tina the owner and expressed my concern for this women's behavior, she said she would handle the situation. Few weeks went by and Farrah dropped her baby off at the same time as me and she began bad mouthing the owner because she asked her to schedule these people to come during appropriate times of the day to not take away from the other babies. You could tell farrah was mad and she began cursing in front of all the children. Once again I went to Tina with my displeasure about the situation and I did not want my baby around this women anymore, I was sick of seeing and hearing everything she was doing. Once again I was told she would handle the situation and I did not see Farrah again, after talking to a teacher I learned this "mother" was harassing the owner and threatening physical harm, what a mentally unstable person, which shines through on her review she and her girlfriend posted. As a parent here I can honestly say this women is a liar and unstable. Miss. Tina never mistreats anyone shes always playing with kids, loving on them, talking with families and available anytime to talk. We love Rising Star!

  • They keep the lights off from 11am-3pm. My daughter was kicked out after having special needs the owner denied her access to. I warned my SO to get our baby out of here months ago, but it took something this horrible for her to believe me.

  • The owner kicked my sweet nine month old out after cancelling her early intervention appointments prescribed by her doctor. When I told her this was illegal and if she did not accommodate her therapists, I would give her a one star review. She said that my email was a threat and kicked my child out stating that my behavior was inappropriate which constitutes kicking my child out with no notice or refund. My child is delayed and needs these therapists and she initially verbally agreed to have them come to her facility during my work hours, only to later cancel without telling me. I am devestated that she doesn’t put the welfare of the children in her care above her pride.

  • As a new mother, my first concern was finding somewhere I would feel comfortable leaving my three month old daughter, as I needed to return to work. From the moment that I walked into Rising Star, I knew it was the place for her. I immediately enrolled her and she began going full-time the following week! Tina, owner/director, has always answered all of my many questions and has always been accommodating when I call to check up on her and let me know how she was doing, and what she was doing – that extra bit of information gives it a special personal touch!! I have seen my daughter laugh and jiggle enthusiastically when we arrive at Rising Star in the morning and because of that I know that she is happy there. To describe the environment of Rising Star, I would use the words: family-oriented, friendly, structured, dedicated, and safe. Every interaction with staff members, Eryka and Melody, has been positive and it is clear that they are outstanding teachers. They truly enjoy working with each and every child in the Infant room and they always manage to make us feel that my daughter is special to them. They take time to write detailed reports on her each day and they always greet me with a smile regardless of how busy they are. It's that type of personal attention that makes me feel comfortable leaving her in their hands. Thank you all for taking such good care of my little girl!!
