BEWARE EVERYONE !! This lady is rude and unprofessional do not take your child here my daughter ended up with a black eye and a slap mark across her face and she stated it was the beeds in her hair but my daughter always have needs and it was a slap mark I’ll post pictures and you guys can tell from yourself that it wasn’t no need mark especially cause my daughter hair was in a ponytail I have police and cps investigating the situation currently

Unprofessional answering the phone, bad communication & sounds like it’s ran by an angry for no apparent reason, single, ghetto woman with no regards for common courtesy when it comes to potential new child care clients/parents. Sad to say, I wasn’t even able to get to the actually questioning/details part without her blowing up on me and cursing at me simply because of the way I articulated not liking the way she answered the phone, & speaking to me as if I was one of her close friends and not an actual client. Aswerings your call with a “hey” and replying back with one word answers..that’s definitely not the way to atttact customers, sorry! My child won’t be around this arrogant non-sense.

When you first see this daycare it looks interesting but as you walk through you notice details that are not appealing at first you may think oh cool alot of stuff for the kids but as you experience some time with "Daycare" you notice that representative does not pay full attention, kids are left with young son as she goes out to do her personal stuff, she is never is available at time of drop off normally i have to wait or come back, my child at pick up is usually dirty and when i ask my child did you have a good day with your teacher my child would respond she was upstairs so basically my child was unattended if you are willing to deal with this then by all means do so but my child does not need to be at a place like this
