  • If your getting a grant from the county to help pay for daycare expenses I hope ur parent fee isn't $100 or more per week because 1 of the owners Kathy will make u pay the whole month ahead of time. I don't know what makes her think a person who's receiving a grant can afford $400 up front when they obviously need the help to get a grant in the first place. I ended up taking my daughter out of that daycare and found a better daycare that allowed me to pay my WEEKLY fee like every other customer/parent did with or without a grant. Kathy seems more concerned with money than providing care for kids as she was getting paid the full amount of tuition via the grant & my parent fee regardless. I still have the letter she sent me and maybe I should've brought this up to the BBB to help other single parents that don't have an option for a different daycare in their area.

  • Try to make appointment for visiting to see the daycare, the lady very rude! Don’t go! First she asked what you do, then she said I have to pay the full weekly amount no matter my kids come in or not which I understand, but the way she said is rude! She said some people don’t understand! ? Then she gave me the time at 5pm for visiting, the reason I asked for visiting cuz I want to see how’s the teachers do at school, and I told her that reason, I couldn’t see what I want to see at that time, she said there’s no school at the time, kids going back home, I can’t get into the building cuz the COVID, then what is the reason to go there if the parents can’t see what how they treat the kids? Don’t go! Worst daycare ever!

Is A Magic Kingdom a licensed child care provider in New York?

Yes. A Magic Kingdom holds New York registration 40700, listed as "LICENSE" by the Office of Children and Family Services, issued on January 24, 2024 and current through January 23, 2028. Confirm current standing with OCFS before enrolling.

What kind of child care is A Magic Kingdom?

New York licenses A Magic Kingdom as a Day Care Center (DCC), which is centre-based care in non-residential premises. The category comes from the state's own register, not from the provider.

What ages does A Magic Kingdom care for?

New York licenses A Magic Kingdom for 16 infant places, 24 toddler places, 66 preschool places and 10 school-age places. Each figure is a ceiling the state set, not current enrolment.

Which school district is A Magic Kingdom in?

Does this page show inspection results for A Magic Kingdom?

No. New York's public child care roster carries no violation or inspection fields, and no separate statewide dataset of them was found, so nothing here reflects A Magic Kingdom's inspection history either way. Look the provider up in the OCFS child care search to read its violations and whether they were corrected.
