Please do not take your kids to this daycare. Not only are they neglecting the infants but are traumatizing all the children. They do not take accountability for the abuse and mistreatment to children . When I was trying to understand what was happening they decided to ignore all my questions and concerns and could not explain why my child was screaming in fear every time he arrived there. The basic needs of a child were too much for them to handle. Leaving me wondering if they even know how to care for children. Please be careful with trusting your children to this abusive people.

Shayla ChimboDec 14, 2024Whatever you do, do not bring your child here. My son was there for less than 2 weeks and his behavior changed right away. I noticed my son was losing a lot of weight and would scream for hours. When I asked for for provider to write down what they were feeding my son daily, she refused. They claimed to feed 3 meals a day and snacks but was unable to tell me what those meals were. Marleny (owner) told me she did not have time to rock my son to sleep and he would end up not napping for the day. They claimed to give him 5 bottles a day, but I noticed his formula container was never empty and remained at the same level as when I dropped him off. After I asked for things to be documented to see why my son was acting the way he was, Marleny respose was that my son and I were too difficult and she would not longer be watching him. No one would deny care to a child after being asked to document what my son was eating, if they werent doing something wrong. My son was starved and neglected. He was terrifed when I dropped him off and would run to me crying, not letting go of me when picking him up and is now still terrifed if I leave him somewhere. Thank God I noticed this behavior and did not continue bringing him here. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
