  • My daughter Yerowo attended Acedemy explorer from the age of one. Her teachers, Ms.Christian, Ms.Torie Ms Stephanie Ms Shelander, Ms.Eneis and many others weren't just her teachers, they became families. I will highly recommend anyone who is looking for a reputable early child care from infant to prek and after school program.

  • Academic Explorers in Merrick is the twins second home and they love it. I'm going to miss the infant teachers so much when they go to the toddlers class this summer. Alyssa and Abuela are the absolute best! When I dropped them off on the first day I was in tears but now Academic Explorers is a big part of their life. My grandson attends the Roosevelt location. I love this program and would recommend to anyone in need of childcare. Ms. Ro and Ms. D run the school and are topnotch administrators who love their kids and provide a happy and caring atmosphere.

  • My son Cavani just started the U-Prek program and all I can say is that he LOVESSSS IT!!! Every morning he wakes up with a smile to get ready for school and hates the weekends or days he’s off lol. I’m so glad he’s able to experience new learning, activities and meet new friends. The director Ms. Stephanie is the sweetest. He talks about her and his other teachers all the time. The daily reports on tadpoles is what I look forward to just to see how exciting his day went. Thank you Academic Explorers!!!!

  • Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing our daughter get excited about going to daycare and afterschool here. The teachers really make an effort to engage the kids and develop them in a very individualized way. The management is really committed to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment and we’re very thankful to Academic Explorers and the whole team. Academic Explorers is an amazing place! Very clean with great staff and very welcoming. My daughter has been attending AE for 5 years now and I couldn’t ask for a better daycare. Please keep on the great job that with the great effort your team continues to provide :-)

  • My daughter has been attending Academic Explorers for over a year. She has made tremendous progress both academically and socially since her enrollment in the school. The staff members are great and created a positive learning environment for her to learn and develop the needed skills to enter Kindergarten. There is frequent communication regarding school protocols and requirements and staff are always helpful when any issues arise. I highly recommend this school.
