My toddler son has been here for a year and a half now, and he loves it there, frequently talking about his teachers and classmates at home. He’s learned so much, including songs and the full alphabet. He’s so proud of his accomplishments and Acorns to Oaks is a big part of that! Thank you for all that you do for our family!
Kate Blake (Kate)Mar 8, 2023The staff and curriculum have surpassed my expectations. Normally, our daughter (4) would've been in a Pre-K program with the town but she's a bit of a late-bloomer with potty-training and Acorns to Oaks was the only place that would accept her with this challenge. This was initally a choice my wife and I made out of desperation but now we can't imagine her having gone anywhere else. They do a great job of balancing fun and education, are constantly having themed days and events in their space. She has brought home a boatload of arts and crafts as well as sheets outlining their daily learning activities, so we can help support them at home and also allows us to interact with her and her interests. She's now potty-trained fully for #1 (still working on #2) and is learning a second language (Italian) and has really excelled here. The people are wonderful and very communicative. They keep an open dialogue with parents to express any concerns or to highlight breakthroughs. It's just really been an overall pleasant experience and while we are looking forward to sending our daughter to primary school, we know she'll miss the people she's grown to love over the course of the year. If you are in need of child care, I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at ATO.
