Suly AvilaFeb 19, 2025My daughter has been going here since October 2021 and I’m very satisfied with the staff working here. My daughter love each and every one of the staffs. A great factor is that the staffs pick up my daughter from school and bring her there until it’s pick up time. They also offer a voucher that helps with paying them for the week, this is a blessing to have honestly. I would definitely recommend them to any one seeking someone to watch their kids.

Vesi LowDec 12, 2024Would not recommend if your child has seperation anxiety. Only after 7 days did they want to get rid of my child bc she cried too much... they are not understanding and impatient because how is it that you are not trained to handle a child who is adjusting to a new environment. I observed and did not like what i saw, in their phone sitting not really interacting with the kids . The person i spoke to on the phone Gisselle i think wasnt there at the observation to answer my questions .When i asked questions, the providers did not understand much because English was not their first language, which is fine but not being able to understand my question only with vague answers is not pleasing.. maybe others have different experiences but as for mine, i cannot give a good rating.
