  • Do not and i repeat Do not send your babies or young toddlers who is not speaking clearly to this instiution,my son went for 4 days and he has not been the same ,just mentioning Blue Doves and he gets traumatize, before you say it, amma say it myself, yes!we signed up through a support group that offers monetary assistance with child care he got approved and was eligible from may 2025 to may 2026 ,he started july 21 2025 and ended july 24 2025 we had to pull him out less than a week, want to know why, the staff of this instituiton that we encountered with are young adults who has absolutely no care in this world, beside from social media and known nothing about child care or how to be professionals, but i know why, they were never trained neither did they fill out an application form for the job it was told to them by a friend ,so the job holds no value to them, thats exactly how they make it seems , the owner i spoke with a few times prior to my son start date sound so professional and welcoming each time we spoke, unfortunately we found out on his first day that she went on vacation ,the lady present(Raven) had no idea a new student was coming, and he was treated as such, i gave her his personal bag with his supplies, only to find out a few days later his supplies never came out his bag..but she was more interested in asking, where i bought his bag? the worst experience was with Noya or Moya very disrespectful laughing at you and slick with her mouth when my mom asked to see the area where my son sleeps, only to find out he was not sleeping on a cot as we were told and neither was he using his blanket ,which was given to them the days before, this means monday and tuesday he slept on someone else's blanket ,that very same day he came home wearing a diaper not his and mucus running from his nose down to his mouth , dropping him off wednesday my mom ask to see in his bag and found his blanket and sheet folded just as how it left the house, how can you not go through a bag that was dropped off with a new child, the same child who was told upon registering that he needs to take his own supplies... he came home 3 days with his water bottle full and ice still solid just as how he left the house, this shows that there is no one monitoring,a child safety and well being is always first priority he could have passed out because of dehydration ,he refused to eat lunch as i was told and that i understand because transitioning to a new place is hard but you can atleast try to get him to drink water ,those days he came home he was ao hungry but we had to find out all this on our own, when you call the office the calls ar screened, they refuse to pick up because your name and number appears too often but don't see it fit to give a report on your child's progress responding with attitude or telling you, i dont know, because i came in at 12 and lunch was at 11, so who's going to know ,they need a better system to transfer information , when it comes on to people child and their well being , thats first priority the staff need better training and have more people to work, i dropped my son off at about 735 the other kids there were already watching ms rachel i personally don't want my son to watch tv because it only put their brain to sleep i prefer him listening and learn through playing but to each his own ,my whole point is my baby didn't receive any form of comfort or support , they have no empathy and as a parent you cannot turn a blind eye to a problem, instead of grabbing a chair sit with the kids sing and clap or give a hug ,you took my 22 months old son to the back and left him there crying of course he's going to cry himself to sleep because you never checked on him soon enough, imagine dropping him off at 735 and called 840 you're told he was crying, i took him to the back and he fell asleep, mark you my son had been on a sleep schedule for 3 wks just to match their schedule, very heartbroken and disppointed with Blue Doves they offer no love and care for toddlers i cannot say for older kids .

  • My bonus child went to Blue Doves for 2 years 2019 & 2020. I give 5 stars because our boy was taken care of and he still talks about how much he misses going there. He wanted to call Ms. Brooks and let her know he loved it, but I figured I would make a review and tell the world first. Safe environment, esthetically appropriate classroom, the staff were communicative and they cooked for the children (2019 staff). We were satisfied.
