  I was really looking forward to enrolling my son here, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. Before enrolling, I paid the required deposit and was told that the owner would be on vacation for a week. I completely understood that. However, when the original start date came and went, I never received any communication letting me know that her flight had been delayed or providing an updated timeline. I had to reach out myself for answers. I understand that the handbook states deposits are non-refundable, and I respect that policy. My issue is not with the deposit policy—it’s with the lack of communication. As a business owner entrusted with caring for children, it’s important to keep parents informed, especially when changes affect their child’s start date. Good communication builds trust, and unfortunately that was missing in my experience. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with future families.

  We couldn’t be happier with this child care center. From day one, the staff has been incredibly caring, patient, and attentive. It’s clear they truly love what they do and treat every child as if they were their own. The environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, and the daily activities are both fun and educational.   Being a new mom, it’s scary to trust your child with just anyone. But Blue Hearts Daycare is not just anyone, they are family now. They’re simply the best. From experience advice to early training, I don’t know how I would have did it without there love, support and advice. My daughter has blossomed so much under their care. The location is always clean and welcoming. My daughter and I love her teacher and the daily updates on her behavior, learning, food habits, potty training, etc. They even help with my daughter’s early intervention development. They truly love your kids as if they are theirs. So happy I found them.
