  • Signed up my children for their summer program this year. Unfortunately our experience here has been horrendous. Grown adults yelling at my child loud enough that my son could hear it from his room he was in. Telling my 6 year old he wasn't welcome there after summer and that nobody would ever want to watch him. Tried to call about the situation many times until eventually we had to talk to the CEO as nobody would respond to us. Now weeks later they call to say my older two children are not allowed on field trips because of attendance (which we met the requirements for) so we told Ms Crystal they'd been going minimum 3 days a week so she reverted to "oh well they don't have a permission slip signed" which was also false as I photograph every signed permission slip to note date and time. The response "oh my bad I must have lost them" at this point it feels like my children are being targeted intentionally for us making sure problems get resolved instead of swept under the rug. Bottom line don't waste your money bringing your kids here. Staff is incompetent, rude, and quite frankly irresponsible.

  • The program is supposed to start at 7:30 a.m. and a lot of the times the don't grab the kids after 7:35-7:40 (parents already have made work changes) my kids Ipad charger have dissapear twice. The help they need they don't receive it a lot of the times. I tought the program was to help the students with the virtual classes.
