  • Worst place to go, my brother was bullied by 15 years old and he’s only 10 years old this is unacceptable they should not be paired together and neither should any crew member allow this to happen under their supervision they left my brother alone for hours with nothing to do but sit there and rot and for that he could’ve stayed home. Behavior is truly unacceptable clearly they’re hiring the most incompetent people they can find.

  • Horrible front desk attendant Senia rude nasty confrontational additude brushed me off phone yesterday ive called on 6 different occasions even went in person to be put on waiting list every phone call has been of no help spoke to her yesterday said she sent email which she didn't called today and was received with a bothered additude and refusal of any assistance was told to call back when director comes in ... my child attended last year very disappointed and disgusted by front desk attendant Senia !
