We absolutely love this daycare. The staff is warm, caring, and truly treat our son like their own. He’s always happy when we drop him off and has learned so much since starting. The communication is great, and the facility is clean and organized. We feel so at ease knowing he’s in such a safe and nurturing environment.

My husband and I were nervous sending our son to daycare in general having visited so many and not feeling very comfortable at all. Between the lack of cleanliness, overcrowded and underwhelming environments, we felt like we had no local choice, until Bright Beginnings opened up. Diana and her team brings passion and love to her program through thoughtful execution, offering baking/cooking classes, gardening, reading, sports, group play, arts and crafts and much more. In addition to the variety of developmental activities she’s incorporated, she provides breakfast, lunch and snack helping the children to learn table manners and encouraging eating as a group . She has truly thought of everything! Our son was 20 months when he joined. His verbal skills were limited, and within weeks he quickly started saying new words, and today he is putting 2-3 words together! His development has been so beautiful to watch and we attribute so much to Bright Beginnings. If you are considering a daycare in Port Washington, look no further!

Yeseniya AronovaMar 23, 2026I have three kids across all age groups, and I’ve pretty much exhausted every learning center in Port, Roslyn, and Manhasset over the last few years. Bright Beginnings hasn’t just outshined all of them - it’s blown past every expectation I had! Truly an incredible school!! The teachers are so kind, warm, and genuinely loving. They teach in a way where the kids actually retain things and grow so quickly. They’re always doing fun, unique activities like cooking and planting, and you can tell the kids feel proud of what they learn! My daughter always wants to show me her projects of the day when I pick her up. Projects- not project! They do so much even tho it is hard to be indoors in the winter! My two‑year‑old Mary comes home in the best mood and literally asks to go to school on the weekends. Drop‑offs were easy after just one week - which is very unlike her - and that alone says everything. I even changed my plans for when she turns three because she’s thriving so much here! Diana is always responsive and flexible, and the teachers are always smiling! Also- it definitely doesn’t hurt that I don’t have to stress about packing food. I feel so lucky we got a spot at bright beginnings. I cannot recommend this school enough!!!!

After months of searching for the right daycare for my 18-month-old son, none came close to checking all the boxes—until this one. From the moment I walked in, I could see how thoughtfully the space was designed to help kids learn, explore, and feel at home. Diana’s background in speech therapy is such an incredible asset, and her team genuinely loves and cares for each child as their own. My son receives amazing 1:1 attention, is thriving developmentally, and comes home happy every day. I also love how intentional they are about every detail—from the enriching activities to the clean, organic, and healthy meals. I couldn’t recommend Bright Beginnings more highly to any parent who wants the very best care and environment for their child! 💛
