  • I would not recommend this child care facility. Staff is paid below industry standard and it shows with how the children are neglected. Overpriced without the proper care given. Go elsewhere!!

  • Best daycare that I know of in the area. The staff are great at their jobs. Very safe environment for the children. The children are very well taken care of. The staff are very well trained.

  • I have nothing but rave reviews for bright eyes! My daughter loves coming here and has been going here since it opened! The toddler room with Miss Alex is amazing she comes home happy and just loves her teacher! She is learning a lot!

  • I won’t post pictures but my child was always getting scratched up bad on her face, they never communicated with one another so if I told one person one thing in regards to my child’s the next person didn’t have no clue. Never had answers as to how the scratches ended up in her face like that her bows would be ripped in her hair. And the head lady is a horrible individual. Would never recommend. Not all staff was bad.

  • Terrible place terrible neglectful staff. my child was always coming home dirty with random new injuries they claim had been self inflicted including but not limited to scratches in her face ,nose and on her cheek her Hair constantly being pulled out of bows and braids, reports of her getting bitten by a child who was known to have a biting issue . My daughters belonging being taken by other students and parents on multiple occasions! "accidentally".

  • I only sent my child here for two months (we left because we moved) but it was such a wonderful experience. We were a part of their opening and I would have expected hiccups/ironing wrinkles but Bright Eyes opened smoothly and immediately made me feel comfortable, and thankful that my child was in their care. As a first-time mom, it was nerve-racking sending my child to daycare but that went away quickly. We were in the toddler room and Ms. Kelsey and Ms. Colleen were so unbelievably sweet. My daughter was shy and coming out of her COVID shell and she immediately warmed up to them. Ashley and Nicole are terrific business owners. I will forever be thankful to the entire staff and will never forget our Bright Eyes experience.
