  • Truly exceptional care. My toddler loved it there and I have nothing but good things to say about the teachers! We miss you all!

  • My son has been coming here as back up care before he was 2 and now turning 3. He loves the staff and care he received here. The staffs are all very caring, friendly, and engaging to the children. We receive details updates on his day including pictures and descriptions on the portal + in person when he is picked up. I've sent my son to other bright horizon daycare centers and it is night and day comparison. He loves it here and at times don't even want to leave when I pick him up. All franchise specific centers are not all the same and Hudson Yards has a fantastic culture in the center that every child would love to come in to everyday.

  • I am not a first time mom however this is my first time putting my child into childcare so early. With that being said, the staff at Hudson yards has made this transition very smooth for me. The director Cheryl , has always answered questions and concerns I’ve had and made me feel ok leaving my baby in their care. My daughter has received exceptional care when ever she’s there. I really enjoy the reports at the end of the day. Thank you Hudson yards for always taking care of my babies!!!

  • Bright Horizons has been an exceptional experience for our family. The staff consistently demonstrated genuine care and nurturing for my child. It was a very supportive environment. Their professionalism and attentiveness made the center feel like a second home. My son enjoyed going to school each day, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere they have created. I would like to specifically recognize the director Cheryl Meredith for her outstanding leadership and communication. She was consistently accessible and responsive. She was also proactive in keeping parents informed through daily emails and prompt replies. It’s clear that she is passionate about her work and truly dedicated to the families she encounters. Additionally, I want to highlight my son’s SEIT, Andrea Kane. Her genuine care, dedication, and commitment to my son's growth were evident every day. She took the time to understand his needs, create structure, communicated openly, and created a nurturing environment that helped him thrive. It was a true blessing to have her as his SEIT. Her support and encouragement played a key role in helping him reach his fullest potential.

  • Enrolling my child at Bright Horizons HY was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. As a parent, there’s no greater peace than knowing your child is loved, safe, and truly seen—and that’s exactly what I found here. The teachers aren’t just educators; they’re patient, compassionate, and pour their hearts into each child. My little one has grown in confidence, kindness, and curiosity. I’ve watched her come out of her shell, make friends, and develop a real love for learning. Every time she runs into the classroom with a smile, I’m reminded that this place is more than a school—it’s a second home. Forever grateful. 💛 Thank you each and every single person who has played a role in Journi’s experience here at Bright Horizons HY.

  • I highly recommend Bright Horizons at Hudson Yards! Ms. Cheryl and her team are amazing! The team not only provided great care, but it was evident that they have a deep knowledge in early education which was apparent in the quick strides my son made while there. While on travel in NYC, I used drop-in care in the winter of 2023/2024 at this center and it was such a great experience that when I returned home, I sought out a Bright Horizons Center to enroll my son full-time. Ms. Cheryl not only did an amazing job helping my little one transition into the Hudson Yards location but she made herself available to the new center's staff when they had questions about my son's preferred activities and learning style. She was so supportive - thank you, Ms. Cheryl. You, Ms. Holly and Ms. Aisha made such a wonderful impact on us.
