  • Went in today for a tour. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were told that we had to wait for the lady we were there to meet to finish her break. While we were standing in the hallway we noticed the young lady at the backdoor standing partially inside. A young boy maybe 5 years old or less came to the door crying to come in from outside. Mind you its 17degress outside today but perhaps they dont have a temp limit for outdoor play. The boy was crying saying his hands were cold and he wanted to come in. The lady at the door told him to stop crying and go back out and play. Another lady from the im guessing lunchroom poked her head out to see why he was crying and the woman at the door informed her he was crying because his hand were cold from picking up snow. She then repeated what the other woman said and told him to stop crying and go play. The child did not move from the door begging and crying to come in. At that point we decided we no longer wanted a tour and this was not the place for our child. Im not sure if this is normal behavior but its totally unacceptable to force a child to stay out in frigid weather and to keep telling him to just stop crying no emotion no care just stop crying. How awful !!! Parents beware for sure.

  • Building itself is fine, small. The classrooms are a mess and don't have any organized toys or supplies to be used. The supply closet is a mess, along with the kitchen. They don't have a fridge in the kitchen. Next comes staff, the staff seems almost seemed like they were just "babysitting". Sitting on there phones, propping babies up with bottles, allowed infants under a year to sleep with blanket in crib. Another thing, the infant teacher was aggressive putting kids to sleep and handling them. Then said "sometimes you gotta be tough". Then came the end of the day, it was 4 and still very warm outside. The center closed at 6. The kids wanted to come back inside and they didn't allow them to come back in because the rooms were closed. Overall, this is defiantly not a place to send your children.

  • My boy has left with bruises from them changing his diaper. You could tell they where hand prints (the bruises) he left with scratches and they didn’t tell me. He fell and scraped his knee and they didn’t tell me. My boy got croup twice. Constant ear infections. They don’t clean their toys my boy got thrush. 100% do not recommend. DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!

  • Great learning center, wish there was less teacher turnover and the owners took notice of the good ones.

  • Diverse staff. the manger is rude at times seems overworked. cannot just pop up to visit the daycare have to make an appointment which is unlike a lot of other daycares ive searched around for. Didn't like manger Jackie so choose a different spot.
