We should not go into situations where help is being offered with a mindset of entitlement. Be grateful and ask questions. You may be able to get a lot of help and information to improve your family’s life.

The lady Tabitha from HR is very rude here. They don’t care about others They do not get back to anyone they never answer the phones here it’s ridiculous.
