  • JV ClubFit has been going downhill since new owners took over. Month by month you see the filth building up in this club with clumps of dust balls and hair on the floors in every room, including the gym which has had gum stuck to the floor. They have less people cleaning and most recently they have hired young people to do the work inside and outside. The cycles in the cycle class always seem to have issues. Most recently, now you have to sign up on an app to take a class! Management would love for members to vote ClubFit #1 in Westchester but members are complaining and most refusing to support this fitness club…👎🏻

  • EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FRONT DESK! I asked about private tenis lessons over the phone, the lady said that they would call me call me back and they couldn’t answer that right now. Weird but ok, waited a month they never called back, I go in person to club fit and they tell me to write my phone number down and they will call me back, so I pretty much just got the same response. At this point might as well just have a sign that says “Write your phone number and put it in the trash can so we can never call you back!” The people at the front desk and whoever is answering the calls are useless and getting paid for sitting down and doing nothing at all. Overall this place has front desk workers who could care less about making more money for the place, also keep in mind that private tenis lessons are NOT CHEAP. Never going to a club fit ever again. The people who actually do the lessons are probably nice people just the workers who work at the front desk do nothing. I have seen in other bad reviews that the front desk workers also do not help at all! Mabye club fit we should try to get front desk workers that don’t just sit on their butt all day but actually help people get enrolled here which they are SUPPOSED to do. And no club fit I’m not going to “reach out” for them just to do nothing like the lady’s at front desk. And you guys are not that busy that you can’t return a phone call about private tenis lessons be so for real right now. Also clubfit I would LOVEE to hear what advice you have for this ❤️ no need to stay silent!

  • My experience at Club Fit has been nothing short of excellent. From day one, I’ve been treated with pride, dignity, and genuine respect. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel valued and welcomed, which makes a huge difference when choosing a place to commit your time and energy. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The equipment is organized, sanitized, and in great condition. The locker rooms and common areas are spotless, showing that management truly prioritizes member comfort and hygiene. One of the biggest positives is the wide variety of activities available. There’s always something going on — whether it’s group classes, cardio options, strength training, or other fitness programs. The energy is motivating, and the atmosphere feels positive and professional. I’m very happy with my decision to join and would highly recommend Club Fit to anyone looking for a clean, respectful, and activity-filled fitness environment.

  • Unforgivable. This is only going to lose members! They fired most of the staff. Bring back the staff who CARED instead of firing them all. Providing the bare minimum of towels?. Toilet paper would be nice as well. What are you thinking? Update: MONTHS LATER: Again very few towels and NO PAPER towels in ladies’ locker room; FEW towels in men’s locker room, no more small towels on exercise floor. Food prices exploded. Feeling taken advantage of here. Exercise floor and equipment is filthy. Clearly the owners are just trying to be as cheap as possible. This will come back to bite them in the end when they lose members. Already looking around at other places. After 25 years. OK because you said those photos were two months old I thought I just updated it. I just took two minutes ago. The last three were taken on 5/14. Now, what do you say about that?

  • Had a dual membership to this location and the briarcliff one. Overpriced considering several pieces of equipment rusty or outdated, app also barely works. They did away with the rewards system now too, I expressed these concerns and stated that I’d like to cancel my membership being that I feel like the cons outweigh the pros at this point. They cancelled with no follow up. Staff was friendly though.

  • I've been a member of many gyms but this one has a fabulous vibe when you enter. So clean! Staff is so inviting and even the members are friendly to new faces. Love all the classes too!!!
