  • Put both my girls in Collin Allen after going through a difficult situation. They took both of my girls and three years later I am so grateful for their love, support and care.

  • All the staff here are outstanding, I want to especially shout out Tierra for being so very patient and informative during the enrollment process. She really goes the extra mile for not just my son, but my whole family. Dr Gloria Pope is also wonderful, after our first meeting I could immediately tell that she was so caring, supportive and passionate about this place as well as her sensory gym which is also amazing! My son is flourishing here and most importantly he is happy and excited to go, every staff member has treated me as well as my family with such kindness and respect. Every single staff member has taken the time to learn about my child by making sure they got his name right, his likes/dislikes, areas to make him his best self.

  • I interviewed for my son to go here confided in the director about the problems I was having at my prior day care and she was shocked and even showed Empathy for the situation. Next I did a tour, filed out the paperwork and made a date for my son to start attending and soon as she seen what daycare my son came from prior after she got the completed paperwork they turned myself and son away at the door and said the director never told them he can attend. I lost wages that morning. The director didn’t answer the phone for about 2 weeks. And when she did she lied and said there was no space. The director Is prejudiced inadequate and unprofessional. Don’t send your children here if you don’t want them yelled at or as the director says stern voice. Don’t go if you had problems with other daycare in mount Vernon she calls talk about you and wish on your down fall as a single struggling parent.
