Friendly synagogue with lively services. Frequent social programs. It has a sizable ballroom (only one of this size in the neighborhood) and two other smaller but spacious and beautiful party rooms.
Daniel FeldmanMar 17, 2025I tried out this Traditional Conservative Synagogue and I was accepted like never before. I’m on the autism spectrum and all orthodox synagogues did was tolerate me and not understand where I was coming from and what an invisible disability is. The Rabbi is the best Rabbi I’ve seen in my life and even walked me home part of the way. The Rabbi introduced me to everyone before my fourth aliyah Shabbat morning on the microphone and encouraged everyone to introduce themselves to me. Inclusion in a synagogue isn’t about letting everyone do what they want but to actually make them feel part of the group. Orthodox thinks that autism is just a label but the more liberal Jewish synagogues and communities know that autism is who you are.

Shea WernerJan 14, 2020I wish I can give 10stars. The best of the best Shul in Woodmere. The congregation has heartwarming welcoming heart. Appreciates both newest and old members. Rabbi Brus has a good heart. I recommend if you live or visiting the neighborhood, you should definitely join them.
