Hello I will like to share my family experience here with this child care center in the beginning it was very nice and well mannered. No issues however we only had one issue with Toddler 1 class room for our child. We would bring all of our concerns to the owner and have been very nice, respectful and professional with our approach and concerns regarding our child. However the owner failed to correct our concerns. 1: We noticed a change in our son behavior during drop off as if he was not welcomed at all. Our child would be scared to go into the room. Staff would be unprofessional/rude as their morning started off bad (Parents know all vibes when something is off) 2: Multiple times we have caught staff on their phones while children were in their care. 3: We witnessed our child being carried in an unprofessional manner ( hold by one arm) twice as if my child was a monkey this has been addressed as well to the owner. As the owner said that must be a “cultural thing” and see her staff do it herself 4: Our child once had an unexplained bump on his head and during pick up I asked and I had no answers. Took our child to be seen medically and it was ruled as a pimple/facial bruise (contusion) once again no staff or owner knew nothing. Appearance of a likely forehead strike from an inadvertent fall.Dr. Said. We understand kids will be kids and fall but the fact no staff or owner reported that made us very uncomfortable. As who was watching our son. 5: Our child then had unexplained scratches on this neck which is a very odd place for scratches to be at. Once again no staff or owner knew nothing. However we have given this child care plenty of chances then we should have as we look at the staff as family and respect. We were told we have been extremely nice just to handle and correct this. As a lot of parents would have reacted differently to these multiple events that we experienced. However we received an outcome of retaliation from the owner instead of her correction the issues. We had to go up the chain of command to get justice for our child. Parents speak up just cause a daycare get rid of you because they are unprofessional or they doing wrongs they can still get in trouble. Parents this was a lesson learned for our family as well giving chances and being too nice and parents always make sure you check these big facilities on the children and services website where there license are being held at. This child care has a history of child maltreatment and abuse violation and also two violations on file for not reporting serious injuries. We just wanted 100 percent good care for our son that’s all we asked. However we have worked we people during this process that can advocate and respect our concerns and questions. As our family is still waiting for the last outcome on this matter. Thank you all have a good day it sucks cause we as parents put 100 trust with these daycare facilities to care for our children. ***UPDATE** Hello all the child care business is trying to silence us for posting an honest and our experience review with a cease and desist letter. Threatening with legal actions for speaking up for our genuine and honest experience. And for this to be taking down in 12 hrs as you all can see how the owner responded. However, we will not go silent 4/23/26 we were wrongly terminated which was fine for speaking up absolutely no problem 4/24/26 daycare received a violation for not reporting serious injuries regarding this matter as all this information is publicly available. As I stated we are still waiting on the last outcome.
Anonymous RoseMay 5, 2026I can’t say enough great things about Creative Kids! This daycare has been nothing short of amazing. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to helping children grow and thrive. I’ve seen incredible progress in my daughter since she started attending back in 2024. She’s learning so much and seriously florishing every day with the help of this daycare. It’s clear that they create a nurturing and stimulating environment where kids feel safe and supported. If you’re looking for a reliable and high quality daycare, I highly recommend Creative Kids!
K _Mar 27, 2025BEST DAYCARE EVER! My son’s been going here since he was 18 months and he loves it here, and they love him. I’m grateful and thankful that I found Creative Kids. They’ve been nothing short of a blessing. My child looks forward to seeing his teachers and friends everyday. I couldn’t have asked for my child to be in a better environment to grow and learn. I HIGHLY recommend Creative Kids for anyone seeking childcare😊
Kashawna WilliamsMar 3, 2025My son has been here since 17 months and he has thrived! From the diversity, cleanliness, and caring staff. I have nothing but great things to say.
vadeemia bondMar 3, 2025This place is amazing. Both of my children go here! I love everything about this center. its cleanliness is noticeable, they have a no shoe policy in all classrooms. They are always cleaning and sanitizing. The center we were at before we started here at Creative Kids did not do this. My children’s socks and clothes would be dirty every day. They feed my children fresh, home cooked breakfast and lunch and a healthy snack. They grow some of their own veggies too! They have a fenced-in, very nice playground. Very spacious classrooms that let in a lot of natural light! They have a wide assortment of toys for the kids. My child’s classroom has a playhouse in it! Most importantly, each teacher and all the staff are extremely nice and caring. They are very diverse as well. Also, they have a very secure building. They keep me and my husband updated using the Procare app. I love the transparency. My children love their teachers. My youngest is happy to go to his teachers each morning and my oldest runs into class each day ready to see his teacher. I highly recommend this center.
Courtney Hilton FancherMar 3, 2025My daughter has been here since 2023. She absolutely loves it. Great mix of kids & diversity. Very clean facility, nice classroom set up & structured. Chef cooks fresh lunch everyday. I never have to worry if my daughter is safe here. Highly recommend coming for a tour!! My daughter has been to many centers in Albany, Creative Kids has been the best in all categories across the board. So glad we found this place 😊
