Love this daycare & Pre-K program for my grandchildren! Clean, secure for safety & any medical issues! Staff are always friendly & nice to me, also. While this issue is not their problem, the parking can be an issue. On one side of the building, parking is taken up by the gym people, especially on Wednesdays & Fridays, & the other side of the lot, 4 parking spots are taken up by Steelbounds bar van. That owner's staff said they can park the van where ever they want. No concern for parents who walk on ice/snow in order to drop off their kids. Many parents also carrying another child in doing so.
KnitsalotJan 24, 2024Everyone is so nice and they take such good care of my daughter. Everyone who works there always greets us with a smile and they seem to know every child that walks in.
Becky KellerJun 29, 2023Dropped my daughter off at the pre-school today because her father went out for his birthday and failed to pick up our children the night before. I was a little late because I had to drive my older daughter to school, 2 towns over first. I was greeted at the door by the bookkeeper who asked for my I.D. (completely understandable) and I requested to speak to the administrator. I asked if someone could let me know that she is picked up today because I was unsure if there will be an issue with there dad again. The administrator grabbed my daughter and looked me in the eyes and said "call your mom." I said " I am her mother" and she said "no, call your mom, she was looking for you" as she was trying to close the door on me. I repeated myself that I wanted a phone call to ensure my child is picked up. I was treated as though I'm a stranger and my child was treated like an inmate as they put the glass locked door between us. It seems to me that there is extreme bias with the administration when is comes to who has the primary custody of a child. To say I felt alienated is an understatement. However, my daughters Teacher, Mrs. Manzone is delightful and my daughter really enjoys being in her class.
