  The childcare staff have always been great, but the financial side has been very frustrating. I received multiple different balances, was told I owed money when I had actually overpaid, and now the refund process has been delayed due to issues with their check printer. I’m not upset, but parents deserve clear and accurate communication when it comes to billing.

  Daughter went here for a month . Teacher grabbed her and dragged her off of the dangerous climber they have in their pre school class room by her arm . Left marks on her arm & we never returned! Teacher wasn’t fired they just wanted to move my daughter to another room ! Shame on you !!!!

  My daughter attended here for several years including the Pre-K program and my son goes currently. We have gotten to know many of the staff personally. They do a fantastic job and take great care of the children. We are always kept informed and through technology we can check on them any time we want. I'm always left with the impression that the staff truly care for my kids and have their best interest in mind. 10/10 would recommend this daycare to anyone.

  We have been to two other daycare centers on the West side of town, and Expressive Beginnings completely blows them out of the water. My son is in a toddler classroom, and he loves it. The teachers and staff are so caring, loving, and we have complete confidence and trust in them. They catch the details that no one else caught in other daycares.   We just pulled our daughter out. If your child doesn’t nap or if you don’t drop them off until 11/12 do not expect them to be learning or doing activities for the next 3 hours!!! They force them to lay in a cot for a 3 hour nap time! For $75 a day I expect my kid to be taught and entertained. New teacher everyday and the only one that’s consistent speaks very little English. My child has an accident every time she’s there, but never at home 🤔. Absolutely do not recommend.

  I enrolled my son here 4 months ago, I wish I had done this sooner. He was attending a “chain” daycare that had no real interest in looking after my son. All of the teachers here together with the director and assistant director are amazing and focused on what’s best for my son. Miss Jas, Miss Katrina and Miss T are supportive and very nurturing, they are truly assets to this school. Thank you for everything
