Owners daughter was unprofessional and disrespectful
Suzzette KrongelApr 3, 2023I called to enroll my son . The first time I spoke to someone she told me the registration fee was $50 and weekly fee was $175. She also said she was unsure did she want to enroll him as of yet since he wasn’t 2. 2 weeks later she calls back asking do I still want to enroll him, I said yes then she communicates the registration fee is $200 and weekly is still $175. I asked her why so much she took offense and responded with “ what do you mean why is it so much ? “ I told her I wasn’t trying to offend her I was just inquiring since some daycare do have high registration fees but they explain why. She then responded because of Covid to maintain things but I can tell the aggravation yet couldn’t give me a more valid explanation but just because of Covid. Either or giving the benefit of a doubt and more because it was close to home I decided to give them a try. Yes she told me to come at 6 and I rang her bell at 5:50 she looked through the window no hi or nothing. She waved when I waved. Still walks away no nothing. It’s kinda windy I’m holding my son . She standing by window again no come to us or nothing. I ring the bell again she waved wait. I said it’s kinda cold she repeats what I said huffs puffs walk away. Now the professional thing to do was come to the door and say sorry mom I have one more child is it ok to sit in your car and wait for a few. But no she was rude with an attitude. My friend who sat with me calls her and with an attitude she tells her well I told you to come at 6 I have one more kid and I’m doing my job. It was the attitude and unprofessionalism. I hope she knows how to treat the children that are there. I’m actually glad I saw her true colors prior to enrolling my son. And since she was so bothered about my question about the registration fee I found a daycare where I’m paying more weekly but everyone was embracing, professional with class and etiquette something this owner knows nothing about. Candy kids preschool if you guys would like to know !!!!
