As a fellow Early Childhood Educator, I’m so impressed with this program! The school-age students are always engaged in fun, meaningful experiences—from exciting field trips to creative events. It’s clear the children are learning, laughing, and truly enjoying themselves! Shout out to the Owner and her Team for a great program
Tomika RobertsonOct 18, 2025We enrolled our daughter in this summer camp and she had an amazing time from day one! The staff was friendly and welcoming, communication was excellent, and the weekly trips were a highlight. Every aspect of the camp was thoughtfully planned, and our daughter absolutely loved it. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!!
Brandi SapiaSep 1, 2025“I am beyond grateful for this center. My son attended for two years, and every day was fun, safe, and engaging. The staff are so kind, caring, and professional, and their communication with families is wonderful. We truly felt like part of a family here.” Thank you !! Bronx Story Ave location !! The best .
Carla PAug 28, 2025I would like to say, as this was our first time my grandkids attended this summer camp, at the last minute. Over all, my grandkids were happy, because of the daily activities and the trips and the food. Ms, Cuevas, very lovely and nice, she will be greatly missed. My grandkids loved her and so did I. I, chose a rating of 4 because the communication needs to be improve. Speaking to the owner for any clarification, she sometimes spoke ith an attitude and will not return calls. When a trip does not happen and I asked for a refund, because the trip fees are separate and not included in the tuition, I was reminded with an attitude that I signed a consent that there is no refund, so basically we was penalized for something we did not do. To this day, my grandkids were supposed to go on a trip and instead went on another trip and I have yet to receive my refund for a trip that never happened, and no word from the owner of the reason. Also, my grandkids said some of the kids, if they don't listen, gets screamed at. I never wanted to bring it up because I didn't want no retaliation against my grandkids. No, my grandkids will not attend next year.
damaris torresAug 26, 2025This was my son’s first year at Growing Minds and I was hesitant because his previous camp experience was disheartening. However Growing Minds exceeded both our expectations. Prior to enrollment, early interactions were pleasant. Ms. Williams was knowledgeable and communicative throughout the process. During the tour my son gravitated to the space and immediately felt comfortable. Throughout the summer he would tell me about all the activities done throughout the day with excitement. Growing Minds is a space that cultivates a sense of community, exploration, creativity and furthers knowledge while incorporating physical/sports activities. The staff was amazing, especially Ms. Cuevas at the south Bronx location. Highly recommend Growing Minds!
Kayla GriceAug 21, 2025This waa my daugther's first summer camp and her experience was great. She always came home happy and couldn't wait to explain the fun that she had. She appreciated the help and guidance that the counselors offered her. My son who wasn't part of camp was always welcome when we pick my daughter up. Very thankful. Will see you guys next year.
