  • Can't say enough good things about this place. My son has been here since February and it has been nothing but a pleasant experience, including when they reached out when he was starting to not feel well while there keeping us updated until we eventually came to pick him up. Today after he was marked absent his teacher Miss Alyssa reached out to us via the app to see how he was feeling. It's such a wonderful feeling and sense of reliet knowing how much they really care and are invested in the kids here. If you are looking for a day care you will not go wrong choosing them.

  • This review might be a little biased given I am the parent of one of the workers at Harmony, but I felt the need to leave it nonetheless. As a full-time working mother that has raised 3 children, I know first-hand how hard it is leaving your child in someone else's care. What is MOST important to a parent, is that someone is going to protect and care for our kids the way we would, when they are in their care. Just know that at this center, you have an incredibly beautiful young woman (inside and out) caring for your child. The way my daughter comes home and gushes each night about how much she loves taking care of these babies, makes me so proud. She genuinely loves being around them every day and lights up when she talks about her interactions with them. I've told her on several occasions that I only wish the parents of the babies that she takes care of each day, truly knew how lucky they were to have someone like her watching their kids. I hope my daughter doesn't kill me for writing this :0), but I felt the need to do so, in case there were any new parents researching places to put their little ones.

  • I’m incredibly disappointed with the way this daycare handled my daughter’s development and behavior. At just 17 months old, she was expelled for biting—a completely age-appropriate behavior at that stage of development. Despite their claims that they “worked with her,” the only approach I ever saw was them repeatedly putting a teether in her mouth. There was no meaningful redirection, no emotional support, and no real effort to help her understand or manage her feelings. As a result, my daughter now feels the need to bite something whenever she experiences big emotions—because that’s what this daycare conditioned her to do. Instead of guiding her through this normal developmental phase, they gave up on her and left us to deal with the long-term impact. The owner/director, Allison, is incredibly condescending and dismissive. She will gaslight you into believing the issue is entirely your baby’s fault rather than acknowledging any shortcomings in how the daycare handles behavior. Any attempt to advocate for our daughter was met with resistance. My husband and I consistently spoke up for her, asked questions, and pushed for transparency—and we believe that’s the real reason we were pushed out of the program, not the biting. The assistant director, Maria, is equally frustrating to deal with. Communication with her is incredibly difficult—she often talks in circles, avoids giving clear answers, and struggles to get to the point. It feels less like you’re being supported and more like you’re being brushed off or strung along. To make matters worse, the center is often short-staffed, and when I asked to review video footage of incidents, I was repeatedly denied claiming “privacy” when they have a very public instagram, to which I don’t remember signing to have my child on social media. That lack of transparency alone should raise red flags for any parent. I would never recommend this daycare to any family looking for a supportive, developmentally informed, or communicative environment. If your child needs guidance, empathy, or advocacy, look elsewhere. This place is not it.

  • I highly recommend Harmony! It is such a wonderful and safe place for your children to grow and flourish! We have been at Harmony since 2017 and continue to go to the summer program there. My children talk about all the fun they have and all the friends they have made. Allison and her team is amazing!

  • STRONGLY reccommend! Our child just finished their year here and we are extremely grateful for the love, care, and experience her teachers and the staff have given them during this time. My wife and I toured about 7 places in the local area in search of a preschool that we felt would provide our child a safe, fun, and nurturing environment and visited Harmony on a neighbor's recommendation. We were instantly impressed with how clean the facility was, how competitive the pricing was, and how happy the children looked. Allison the director shared during orientation their philosophy on early education and it was clear their curriculum would be structured, engaging, and fun! We were given updates on an app throughout the day along with pictures, and it was heartwarming to see the friendships our child formed throughout the year. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised over the year at how many special activities were organized for the children throughout the year, such as dance class, martial arts, music, etc. Huge shoutout to Ms Amanda, Ms Edie, Ms Kristen, and Ms Sabrina, if your child has one of these teachers, they are in great hands! Thanks Harmony!
