So unbelievably rude! I called to inquire and ask basic information and the amount of attitude I received from this woman is unheard of. I would never trust my child in her care! If she talks to a potential client like that just based off of simple questions I can’t imagine how she treats children behind closed doors! My questions were 1. Are there cameras and 2. Are there windows? Pretty common questions! These types of questions should be anticipated! We are potentially leaving our world in your care! She lost her patience with me so quickly and we were only on the phone for 5 minutes. I was BEYOND polite. SMH
JasFeb 21, 2024I wanted to be happy here but unfortunately it was completely the opposite. My son (9wks) was in the Cavalin rd location. After being there for 8 days his care was immediately terminated. With zero warning or communication about it. All due to reflux. Which is a common issue among newborns. They thought they were smart about it I will give them that. They made it sound like a safety issue because their contract states they are able to immediately terminate due to safety. A complete cop out. But they are/were negligent. My son choked on his spit up and Meredith (the helper) didn’t hear it(this came from jeanmaries mouth). She also told me he turned purple and did not communicate that with me. This is not okay. I will be reporting this to OCFS.
Samantha SilviaNov 3, 2023After struggling with subpar daycares and melt downs at the door when dropping my daughter off I finally found Jeanettes family daycare. My daughter loves it here, quick to say good bye and excited to go inside. The learning and attention the kids get is outstanding. They treat my daughter like she family. There is not a place I would recommend more than Jeanettes family daycare.
jessica frankAug 26, 2021Both of my children go to Jeanette's family daycare. Family Indeed as several family members help run the daycare as well as others. My overall satisfaction from Jeannette's comes in the family style setting approach. Nice to know that since the parents need to make $$$ that the kids are taken care of properly with activities, learning and so much more. Would always highly recommmend.
