There truly aren't enough words to express how grateful our family is for this preschool. For the past five years, we have trusted them with our two children, through preschool, UPK, graduation, and summer camp. As a parent, there is nothing more important than knowing your children are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for when they're away from you. From the very first day, they gave us that peace of mind. They didn't just teach our children letters, numbers, and academics—they helped shape who they are. They created an environment where our kids felt excited to learn, built their confidence, encouraged their curiosity, and made them feel valued every single day. The love, patience, and dedication that every teacher shows is something you simply can't put a price on. In five years, we never had a single issue or concern. Communication was always excellent, the staff was incredibly kind, and it was obvious that every child was treated like family. Today is our youngest's last day, and it's incredibly bittersweet knowing this chapter has come to an end. While we're excited for what's ahead, we're also so thankful that both of our children had the privilege of beginning their educational journey here. These are memories we'll cherish forever. If you're looking for a preschool where your child will be loved, nurtured, encouraged, and truly prepared for the next chapter, I cannot recommend this school enough. Thank you for giving our children such an amazing foundation and for being such a special part of our family's story. We will always be grateful.

Ryan GreenJul 26, 2026My husband and I absolutely love Kiddie Kampus. Every single staff member and the owner Mrs. Rachel genuinely cares about both the children and parents. The staff is professional and communicates very well to the parents about anything that may be going on with the school or the child. As a parent you want to make sure that you are comfortable with leaving your child in the hands of childcare environment that will protect and care for your child as you will. Kiddie Kampus goes above and beyond to make sure your child feels safe and comfortable. My son has excel so much here at Kiddie Kampus and he loves the staff member and Mrs. Rachel. Kiddie Kampus communication has always been respectful and transparent, they go out their way to help families. I am beyond blessed and thankful that my husband and I are able to have our son attend Kiddie Kampus. I would highly recommend Kiddie Kampus to anyone that is looking for an amazing childcare environment that is professional and caring.
Deyeni RossJun 14, 2026We absolutely love Kiddie Kampus. Every single staff member genuinely cares about the children, and it shows in the way they interact with both the kids and the parents. The team is professional, attentive, and very accommodating whenever concerns or special needs arise. As a parent, it gives me peace of mind knowing my child is in an environment where they are supported, understood, and treated with care. Communication has always been respectful and transparent, and the staff goes out of their way to work with families. From our experience, Kiddie Kampus holds families accountable while still being compassionate, which I truly respect. We are grateful for everything they do and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional childcare environment.
CristianJun 11, 2026I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Kiddie Kampus in Medford. The turnover rate with teachers is honestly insane — staff constantly coming and going creates an unstable environment for children, and it really makes you question what’s happening behind the scenes. What frustrates me the most is how much they claim to care about “safety,” yet I was told they normally do not provide headphones or proper accommodations for loud noises. For a daycare that promotes itself as child-centered and safe, that was extremely concerning to hear. The management is also very unprofessional. I was told multiple times that the director would be contacting me regarding my concerns, and I never received a call back. That lack of communication and accountability says a lot about how this daycare is run. On top of that, many of the teachers do not seem properly qualified or trained to handle certain situations professionally. Concerns were brushed aside, communication was poor, and overall I left feeling more stressed than reassured. As parents, we trust daycares to provide a supportive, and structured environment for our children. Unfortunately, this place did not meet those expectations at all. I would strongly encourage other parents to do their research before enrolling their children here.
Anonymous AnonymousMay 24, 2026Since I received a cease and desist letter from kiddie Kampus’ lawyer for an earlier version of my review in which I explained my experience. Here’s just my personal opinion now 1 year after my kid’s last day there and take with it what you want: In *My* opinion, what happened with my daughter last summer was traumatizing to my family. I think Rachel and the staff member Chris that worked there while my daughter attended are both EXTREMELY weird and they both give me the creeps. I wouldn’t allow them near kids honestly, and that’s *my* opinion. Also my opinion: it’s funny the only positive reviews are from a Douglas that coincidentally shares a last name with the owner and the other positive reviews sound like they either work there or are friends of. My opinion! :) Be sure to inquire with Rachel about what her policy is regarding who is permitted to change your child when “accidents” occur.
