  • My Child was 6months when she first attended here. It was until she went to the toddler room after turning 1. My daughter had a series of scratches that the teachers, Staff or the Owners couldn’t explain to me. Each time I pulled the staff to aside and calmly explain I know accidents happen but if they can atleast explain to me what happened then I would be okay as long as it was accidental from another child. Come to find out supposedly when a scratch appears on a child there suppose to do a incident report. I received not 1 and my child has been scratched over 5 times. After expressing my concerns to the CEO Mrs. Joann Hall they called me 3 hours letter dismissing my daughter from the daycare. The Co Owner Ms. Evelyn Jones complaint that The alleged Allegations I made can’t be tolerated, somebody can lose they job behind my concerns and my child can no longer be serviced. I’m all for black own businesses but this is not the way you treat people. Especially not Children. This matter was handled very unprofessionally. Shame on them‼️

  • Staff is mature ....they can improve on transportation timing for pickup and drop off but overall a good environment for your loved ones to grow up in. My grandson learns a lot there.
