I called this daycare multiple times to find out if there was an opening. Everyone I spoke with was nice, but I didn’t get a call back after calling and talking to the manager & workers, as well as leaving a message.
Katie RichAug 24, 2021I cannot speak more highly of Kids First Brighton for their utmost care of our almost 3 year old daughter. As an educator in the Brighton Central School district, I value an environment that is nurturing to my child’s individual needs, encourages developmental milestones and promotes creativity and fun! EVERY staff member that our daughter has met throughout her 2 1/2 years at this facility has portrayed nothing more than a PASSION and LOVE for children! My daughter leaves daycare everyday with a smile on her face . For that am so grateful!
Lizzie EdenFeb 4, 2021The staff and teachers at Kids Frist are wonderful! They are so insightful and caring. Thank you!
Kourtney BlackburnDec 31, 2020A child was injured at this facility and the faculty involved was not fired. Do not bring your child here
Brianna SieperNov 15, 2020There was an incident at this childcare that was caught on camera and it is extremely unsettling. A staff member acted in a way that led to a toddler consistently waking up in pain when they role into their left shoulder. The fact that this member of the staff hasn’t been fired goes to show that Kids First Childcare will 100% NOT put your kids first!
Chloe LambertNov 14, 2020If I could rate no stars I would. Parents, I know you love your babies, and because you do please DO NOT send them here. When a child (with recorded video evidence) is injured by a staff member who is supposed to be caring for the children it really makes you second guess the morals of the individuals running the place considering they attempted to victim blame the injured 2 year old. It makes my heart hurt and other parents need to be aware of what is allowed here. Thank goodness for the option to check in on the kids. Who knows what other injuries have happened due to staff that have no business working with children and management that tries to cover and justify abuse. Then proceed to imply that 4 different doctors are lying. Please, send your children elsewhere, your children and the insurance company will thank you. I’m disgusted that this childcare facility is still in business.
