I originally believed that this daycare was excellent. My eldest child attended from age 1 to 3, and I later entrusted Elisa with my baby. Unfortunately, Elisa committed fraud using my eldest child’s voucher. When I confronted her, she denied everything and acted as if I was wrongly accusing her. People, please be cautious with this woman, particularly if you have vouchers and multiple children in her care. Make sure to verify everything with the agency issuing your vouchers—she has connections!! Always complete your information before emailing or sending any documents! To her our children are mere money making objects nothing more. Pure greed!
jennel edwardsFeb 10, 2025Kidz Heavenly Garden made my wife and I feel comfortable leaving our daughter in a daycare as first time parents. Although its a "daycare", their curriculum is OUTSTANDING. Our daughter learned her ABC's and numbers faster than we thought she would learn them. We are thankful for Elisa and the amazing teachers for doing such a great work. THANK YOU!
Jose DelacruzJan 23, 2025PROCEED WITH CAUTION ⚠️ I’m really surprised by the positive reviews. My son didn’t last more than 3 days in this catastrophic environment they call a daycare. The first day at a new daycare, anyone is going to be concerned about their child adapting to a new environment, especially with a thriving and healthy child with an autistic diagnosis. I want to make sure my child is going to continue to thrive. I asked about being involved in the group chat for the parents and received no reply from the Director herself. I contacted her again after 3 hours of no update about my son and no reply back from her concerning how to communicate with his classroom teachers throughout the day. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, I noticed that the amount of diapers I was sending with my son wasn’t being used adequately. I would send him with 6 diapers and twice he came back with 5 diapers. My son was there for a 8 hours on three separate days, and he was only changed ONCE. Then on the third day, he was sent home in wet jeans. Do you know how long a child has to not be changed to have jeans be soaking wet? I wasn’t even told about the jeans, I had to discover them upon picking him up. At least tell me what I should know concerning my son upon picking him up. You all couldn’t text me that he had wet his clothes, I had to find out when picking him up and having to ASK why is he wearing someone else’s pants? I asked how many times he was changed, they told me twice. Twice?? In an 8 hour time span?? Then the director made it seem like I was being irrational. My son is 2 years old !! With autism!! And your staff is inadequately providing proper care and support. And she had the nerve to not only, not provide conflict resolution but to also ignore the legitimate concerns of a mother concerning her child placed in the care of her lazy staff. I am reporting them to the Board. This was traumatic for myself and my son who became increasingly emotional every single time I would pick him up. Your children are your most prized possessions and they didn’t handle mine properly.
Rae JoApr 5, 2024My son has been attending here for a few months now and the service is just immaculate. The caregivers show so much love for each child individually it is truly amazing. The immense peace of mind I have when I drop my son off is irreplaceable. I always feel like he’s with family at this location not to mention the communication is great! 11/10. Would very much recommend.
dilainy inoaMar 27, 2024Heavily garden is a wonderful place beautiful workers that attempts to the kids like they were. They owned truly appreciate them. My daughter lasted two years with them till now I missed the time and the things that they thought my child.
sonia ortizMar 26, 2024Words cannot express our satisfaction with Kidz Heavenly Garden. My daughter attended her daycare from 5 months until 5 years old. Elisa and her entire team became like extended family. I was so comforted to know my daughter was in the care of their team of teachers. Not to mention the food, since going to kindergarten my daughter always talks about missing Ms. Anna’s yummy food! From weaning , helping my daughter learn to walk, potty training and every early childhood milestone in between they were always there to support our family! Ms. Elisa took my daughter on trips outside of the city including apple picking, celebrated her birthdays, Holidays, countless field trips all across the city and a beautiful, heartfelt graduation ceremony. We’ll forever be indebted to the team at Kidz for supporting. our family during my daughter’s most precious early years. I recommend them to any anxious Mom looking for a loving and supportive environment for their little one to grow and learn. ❤️
