  • Great daycare! We sent our son here for a year and have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. Millie and her mother Sheri are in charge and they are warm and kind but also provide appropriate boundaries. Would definitely recommend!

  • My husband and I have been sending our son to Ladder to Success for the past year (since he was 1), and it has been a great experience. Millie and Sherrie are so loving and supportive; my son was a late bloomer and they helped him blossom. They have helped him be more assertive when someone takes his toy; he was very afraid of walking by himself, but he was finally able to take his first independent steps when he was them; he went from speaking zero words to hundreds of words and full sentences. It's an awesome daycare at a great price, and we are so grateful to Millie and Sherrie for loving our son :)

  • This daycare is the best hand down. If anyone I know is looking for a daycare I always tell them about Millie, her mom and her daycare makes you feel like family. My daughter absolutely loves her and have excelled so much in school. The pictures and calls throughout the day to show how my daughter was adjusting was just an added plus. We love you Millie & your daycare.

  • It was a pleasure sending my daughter to Ladder to Success. Milly (owner) and the rest of her staff cared for my child like family which is something I really appreciated as it helped me alleviate some of my fears about daycares. Ladder to Success was also beneficial in terms of development for my daughter as the children are taught to be independent and are even allowed to do some things by themselves. The kids get a lot of outside play time and the food is really healthy. Snacks in between meal time usually consists of different fruits, which I love.

  • We’ve been sending our children to Ladder to Success since my daughter was 1. I was very weary as a first time mom putting my baby into daycare but Amillion always made sure my baby was well fed, safe and taken care of. My daughter simply loved attending daycare. Now my daughter is 4 and has transitioned out but my son has been going to this daycare since he was 6 months old. Ms Sherri treats my son as if he was her own. The best thing about this daycare is they put education first. The educational games and activities they do have had such a great impact on both my children’s development.

  • My kids have been going to this daycare since sept 2021. They are very attentive not only to my children but all the children in the daycare. They make sure the kids are fed and have everything they need. They also do learning activities with the kids and also offer advice on what can help with your child’s growth. You won’t regret putting your child in ladder to success.
