This is an amazing place if you want your kids to be treated well. I struggled for a while to find a place that I'd be comfortable with entrusting my nonverbal daughter in their care. My research led me to this place and I have no regrets. I was impressed at the first walk through. Evone was very patient and kind. She took her time to show me around and made the transfer process seamless. Asia and Camille are 2 remarkable persons. Their love and care for my daughter melts my heart. I can drop my daughter off each day and feel assured that she gets the best care. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place where your little ones will be happy and as parents you can go about your day with the sense of assurance that they are in great hands!
Denece LarmondAug 26, 2025Learn and Play Center has been around for 20+ years. They really care about their staff, kids and parents! They have always been professional, patient and very responsive if they need to be. Hand down one of the best daycare centers in Long Island!
EricJul 30, 2025My son has been with Learn and Play since he was four years old and started with their Preschool program. He’s now in fourth grade and we’ve always been able to depend on the staff and owners to work with our schedule and be there for us whenever we needed them. They have an early drop-off, which helps me tremendously since I commute to the city, and they always get him to school and pick him up on time. I can always rely on them to be available when he has days off from school if I have to work and they accommodate for late pick-ups. My son feels comfortable with the staff, and they always take great care of him and help him with his homework. I would highly recommend Learn and Play!
Rosalie Rivera-ChaconNov 3, 2020I have used Learn and Play for my daughter from kindergarten through sixth grade. The staff is excellent. They helped her with her homework after school. Due to my job, my daughter was usually the first child to arrive and one of the last to be picked up. She didn't mind at all. She loved going to Learn and Play. I highly recommend sending your child to Learn and Play for morning or aftercare.
Candice WalkerNov 2, 2020My sons had gone to this daycare since they were 4. They work with single moms like myself especially when the social worker makes it very difficult. My kids loved the years that they spent there and all staff were helpful and attentive. Ms. Yvonne and will make sure that the children's homework were done before play time. The summers were the best since they try their best to have activities with the kids ar different parks and trips. If I were to have more children that would need daycare I would definitely take them here again.
Vanessa ANov 2, 2020All of my kids have attended Learn and Play. My daughter is now 19, my son is 14 and now my 7 years son goes there. They been attended there every since the was 6 months. I'm a nurse and never had any issues and the times are perfect. They always open when everyone is close. If your profession is when you have to work holidays ,early hours, or work late. This is the place.
