  • My wife did a meticulous search of daycares in Brooklyn before we came across Little Bee’s Daycare, and the moment we found it, we knew we had discovered a new hive for our little bee. It didn’t take me long to realize that one of the main reasons Little Bee’s is so special is because the owner & queen Bee, Agnes, is truly living her purpose. Every single day, she pours her heart into crafting thoughtful activities, curating a joyful and aesthetic environment, and creating a space that hums with warmth, learning, and love. The teachers here are incredibly caring, treating each child as if they were their own. It’s rare to find this level of dedication and love in early childhood education. For a long time, I kept telling my wife that Agnes deserves an award for what she’s built here—so it was no surprise when Little Bee’s won the Ponce Bank Best Daycare in Brooklyn Award for 2025. It was well deserved and long overdue! My wife and I feel truly blessed that both of our children attended Little Bee’s Daycare for over four years. The sense of family, trust, and care we experienced here will always stay with us. Thank you so much, Agnes, Anna, Marianna, and the rest of the amazing teachers, for the love, patience, and attention you’ve given our kids. You’ve set the a gold standard for what a Brooklyn daycare should be and left us with memories sweeter than honey and a deep gratitude for the love and care that shaped our children’s earliest years. 🐝💛🐝💛🐝💛

  • I’ll admit, I was that mom who started searching for the perfect daycare before my child was even born because I knew how hard it is to find the right one! After a long journey, we discovered Little Bees Family Daycare, and it has truly become our second home and family over the past 5 years. Watching my children grow, learn, and thrive here has been one of the greatest joys of my life. The love and care from the entire Little Bees team has meant the world to us. A special thank you to Ms. Agnes, whose passion, kindness, and thoughtfully planned activities have made such a lasting impact on our family.I wholeheartedly recommend Little Bees to any parent looking for a warm, nurturing environment where children are genuinely loved, supported, and encouraged to flourish. We are so grateful for the beautiful memories and lifelong friendships we've made here. We’ll always feel part of the Little Bees family!

  • The program at this daycare is truly engaging and thoughtfully designed. Children are not only given the freedom to play but are also introduced to daily structured activities that stimulate their curiosity and creativity. My son has come home talking about new songs, crafts, and even small science projects — it’s clear he is constantly learning while having fun. I especially appreciate that the teachers make an effort to keep parents informed. They share regular updates, photos, and even little stories about what the children did during the day. This personal touch gives me peace of mind and helps me feel connected to my child’s daily experiences, even when I can’t be there myself. The level of cleanliness and organization is excellent. Classrooms are bright, safe, and well-equipped with toys and educational materials. Most importantly, the atmosphere created by Agnes and her team is full of warmth, patience, and genuine care. Every staff member treats the children with kindness and respect, which shows in how happy and confident the kids feel in this environment. My son looks forward to going every morning — and that, to me, is the best proof of the quality of care he receives. I am deeply grateful for everything Agnes and her team do each day. 🌟 I highly recommend this daycare to any parent searching for a place where children are not only safe and well cared for, but also loved, encouraged, and inspired to grow.

  • Our daughter's last day at Little Bees is tomorrow and, while we are so sad that this incredible experience is coming to an end, we are confident that Agnes and her team have nurtured, loved, taught, cherished, and prepared her for her next step. At Little Bees, the children become a tight-knit family. They have structured routine, creative play, and lessons that coincide with the seasons and holidays. Agnes's units introduce the children to everything from farm animals, to the ocean, to camping outdoors, to running a coffee shop. You'll get detailed reports daily letting you know the books they read, the songs they sang, the sign language they learned, the games they played - all on theme with the week's unit/lesson. Every art project, cooking adventure, and independent and group play session is an adventure for the Little Bees and there will be no shortage of pictures and updates sent throughout the day and artwork sent home to let parents know just what their children were up to. Agnes adores each child in her care as if they were her own and is always available to discuss any issues, concerns, questions, or thoughts families may have. She is supportive with sleep struggles and throughout the potty training process. She is genuinely invested in each child, committed to their growth and happiness, and lives to see them thrive. Every birthday is honored in a way that makes each child feel loved and special and each holiday - whether it be Halloween, Veteran's Day, Christmas, or Chinese New Year - is celebrated so the children are informed about and engaged in the spirit of the day. And there isn't enough space here to adequately rave about Little Bees' outdoor space! Agnes designed a backyard that stimulates creative play and adventure -making that you simply have to see to believe. And every Friday morning the children gather for their weekly yoga and meditation practice. We are so grateful for the Little Bees team and for the entire Little Bees family for a wonderful 3+ years and highly and wholeheartedly recommend Little Bees Family Daycare!

  • Our son Max began his Little Bees journey at just 18 months old. As parents, we were anxious about finding a place where he would feel at home, truly loved, and well cared for. Now, as Max approaches his 5th birthday, we can confidently say that at Little Bees, we found so much more—we found a family. Little Bees has been a place where Max has thrived—feeling happy, safe, and supported every single day. It’s a place where he’s not only learned and grown but also made wonderful friends, discovered yoga, and experienced pure joy through play and learning. A heartfelt thank you to Agnes, Anna, and Mariana for the love, patience, and care you've shown Max—and us as parents. You gave us peace of mind, knowing our child was always in loving, caring hands. Your daily smiles and openness, even to our many questions, meant the world to us. Though it’s time for Max to move on to a big school, a part of our hearts will always stay with Little Bees family. Thank you for being such an important and beautiful part of Max’s early years.

  • We love Little Bees more than words can express. My son attended Little Bees for about a year and his younger brother will be joining in his footsteps this year. The staff is warm, compassionate and detail oriented. The well thought out themes of each week keep the students engaged and immersed in learning through play. Any time I had a concern or question regarding my son's emotional well-being or developmental progress, Agnes responded with thorough and thoughtful individualized feedback. The environment is clean (spotless - indoor shoes are the only shoes allowed in the space!), engaging, bright, warm and welcoming. The toys/activities/books are constantly rotated to align to the theme of the week/month. I receive a plethora of daily pictures and videos to reassure me that he is doing well. He comes home each week with a wealth of knowledge and abilities. As a mother and an educator myself, there is no place I would rather send my children. The best of the best!
