  • I highly recommend Lov-In Hands Daycare. The staff are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and welcoming environment they create. The caregivers treat every child with kindness and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The daycare also does a wonderful job providing engaging activities that help children learn and grow. It’s clear that the staff put a lot of effort into creating a positive and nurturing space where kids can develop socially and academically. Communication with parents is excellent, and they always make sure families feel informed and involved. Knowing that your child is in such loving and capable hands gives great peace of mind. Lov-In Hands Daycare is truly a place where children are cared for with love, attention, and professionalism. I’m very grateful for the wonderful care they provide.

  • The level of customer service regarding the care of children is in the sewer. I contacted this venue for service, they purposely turn up the accent but moving on I was made to submit all my and my son information. I was never followed up with, this was a red flag. Still wanting to have options for my child I follow up, this awful woman answers the business line like a home phone. HELLO, so I introduce myself and remind her of the correspondence. This lazy, low level professional told me to find other care LOL!! She don't want no more kids. I feel bad for the kids currently enrolled, it's this transactional behavior I detest when we taking about children. These folks want to be paid and the child is last. Warning about this business. DONT DO ANY..

  • Let me start off by saying staff was great with my child she was fed, changed and always happy every time I dropped her off. One day I picked her up and was not notified about an incident that occurred. One of the staff members named Petra decided to pick her up out the crib and the ceiling fan busted her in her head bruising and cutting her very badly. We get it they are children and things do happen so I should’ve been notified as soon as it occcured but I wasn’t. Instead When I arrived they handed me a false report but from the injuries sustained I knew that it was something else by looking at her. They finally showed me a video and told me what really happened after about 1hr and a half while my baby was in the ER. Do they take care of your children ? YES that’s not a doubt but lying to the extreme is very strange when a child’s health is involved.

  • In February, 2018 I became the foster mother to two little boys. The youngest was 3 months. Working full time as a school district administrator I needed a reliable day care for the baby. I looked in my neighborhood in Bayside but no one was taking children under 1. I didn’t want to have to return the children to the agency and then God led me to Lovin’ Hands Family Daycare. I went to visit the facility during my lunch hour and fell in love with the staff and location. Working in Valley Stream at the time made the location perfect. The baby started at the day care when he was 5 months and stayed until he left my home at 17 months. These women taught him how to walk, feed himself and gave him a love of the Baby Shark song. I have since moved out of the area and now work in Brooklyn but will never forget the love and caring they showed my little boy. He was spoiled rotten but he felt safe with Ms. Bev, Ms. Doreen, Freda, and Ms. Trish Ann. This daycare will always have a special place in my heart.

  • I'll start off by saying that the director is a very nice lady. However my son wasn't comfortable at This daycare. My first day picking him up as soon as Ms. Beverly opened the door my son said she hit him, after she explained what she had done I still wasn't comfortable with it. Moving along...the facility is OVERPOPULATED, so many children so many staff. When I picked up my son one day I was overwhelmed with how chaotic it was inside. I missed work TWICE. The director and I confirmed the time I would drop my son off the night prior, I was told that her son or daughter would answer the door when I reach and once I got there I rang the doorbell, call the numbers I was given to call and NOBODY answered. This happened TWICE. The first time it happen she told me I should've knocked on the side door, although she did apologize she also suggested that I should've knocked on the side door. I mean forget the fact that I lost a day worth of pay right? And to top it off, I still paid my tuition for the week which they gladly accepted even though they didn't provide service to me for a day. By the second time, it was another Sunday and which I had to work at the same time. Oh and I definitely did knock on the side door. STILL nobody answered. Not even the director, I mean yes I understand she's at church however she still has an operating business which deals with children so why wouldn't you answer your phone? At that point I wasn't surprised. Ever so often I encountered a new face as far as the staff is involved. Now mind you my son was only there for 3 months...maybe less than that. I wasn't comfortable with her leaving the responsibility of my kid in the hands of her "son". Very nice kid..college kid. But I don't think he signed up for taking care of children who stay at later times. My son didn't like it there. He only felt comfortable with a few people. I've gotten calls from my sons bus driver about him crying and not wanting to go inside the daycare. I always spoke to my son every time I picked him up and he'll always say that they bothered him. He wasn't happy there at all. I'm glad I listen to my son and took him out of there. One time I picked my son up and I found him sleeping on the FLOOR. The hard wood floor, no sheet underneath him, when I ask why is he on the floor they told me that he didn't want to get up. Still had his coat on, backpack still on his back, nothing underneath him as a barrier not even a pillow to support his head. Smh. I did speak with the director and shared with her ALL of my concerns, I don’t think the staff has the proper training to work with children who have special needs. I feel that the facility is overwhelmingly full with children and staff alike. And I’m really glad I listen to my son, the last straw was when I had to drop him off one day and he REFUSED to go inside. Like there was no convincing that would have spared me that day. We stood outside for 10-15 mins and I still couldn’t get him to go inside, this is when I realized this daycare is not the right fit for my son.
