  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. MJ's Budding Brains is an exceptional childcare service. After touring multiple daycare facilities it was a blessing to find Ms. Millie. She immediately made my husband and I feel like our child would be safe, nurtured, and educated. Honesty and open communication is a priority as is our child's individual development. The warm and loving environment is everything we could have hoped for and more.

  I absolutely love MJ’s Budding Brains Daycare! From the very beginning, Miss Millie and her family have been nothing short of amazing. Going back to work and leaving my six-week-old baby was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. I was nervous, emotional, and so worried about finding someone I could truly trust. Finding Miss Millie was such a blessing. It’s now been a year, and I couldn’t be happier with the care my child has received. My baby absolutely loves Miss Millie and her family, and it’s clear that every child is treated with genuine love, patience, and kindness. They are attentive, nurturing, and always go above and beyond to make sure each child’s individual needs are met. I also appreciate how much they focus on learning and development. The children are introduced to multiple languages, encouraged to develop healthy eating habits, and cared for in a clean, safe, and spacious environment where they can thrive. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be loved, supported, and encouraged to grow, I wholeheartedly recommend MJ’s Budding Brains Daycare. Entrusting Miss Millie with my child has been one of the best decisions I’ve made, and I know any family fortunate enough to have her caring for their little one will feel the same.

  I am so glad we found Ms. Millie!! Last year, we needed a temporary solution while my husband had surgery, and she was amazing with our then 9 month old. He always came home happy and we got pictures and videos throughout the day of him doing fun activities, songs, play, and crafts. Fast forward to 18 months old, we were finally ready to enroll our LO long-term, but for scheduling reasons only and nothing else, we tried another place first... well after 5 days we came RUNNING back to Ms. Millie and begged her to help us and of course she welcomed us back with open arms and made it work with our schedule. There is just no one like her and her beautiful family, program and home. She is so good with the children - you can see how much they love her. I know my LO is safe with her, well cared for, well fed, learning, playing, napping, and enjoying his days there. Since he's been there over the last month his vocabulary has exploded. They do songs, art, spanish, reading/books, circle time, outdoor play, water play, and we still get pictures and videos throughout the day. He eats nutritious well-balanced meals and snacks and we get reports on how he eats and naps too. When he was younger, we also got reports on his milk intake and how many diapers (not needed at this point but I'm sure she would if we asked). They work on socialization and Montessori based play and learning too. Her prices are reasonable and she goes above and beyond to attend to our LO's needs. She is gentle with him when he's nervous to separate from us, and has helped us through the transition from stay at home. Our LO always comes home happy, playful, and well rested. He smiles and waves at Ms. Millie as we leave and I know he's happy here. I've recommended MJs to several families and would recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and welcome environment for their child to learn and grow.

  This is the first day care/school my son has attended. As a new mom, Ms. Millie definitely made the transition easy and reassured me every step of the way that my son was in good hands. She treats and loves all the children like her own and it shows. My son has blossomed in the short time he’s been there. He’s made friends, is more comfortable around other children, his speech is improving and he is learning so much. I am thankful to have found Ms. Millie and her loving family. I will be sad when the time comes for us to transition into kindergarten in a couple years.

  It has been over a year since we started attending daycare with Ms Millie and our son continues to thrive in Ms Millie’s care. Every day he wakes up excited to go see Ms Millie and learn and play with friends. He receives very nutritious meals and snacks and is happily eating many different fruits. He is also learning a lot every day! He is not yet 2 but can count to 60, say ABCs, recognize colors and shapes, spell his name, count in Spanish and more. We’re so thrilling with his progress and grateful to Ms Millie and the MJ Budding Brains Daycare family for the amazing care! We’re thankful to God for Ms Millie!

  I love Ms. Milly's daycare. In 6 weeks she taught my 4 year over 20 sight words. In additon, he was well cared for. He ate healthy meals and learned to build positive relationships with his peers. 😊 Not to mention he would cry every afternoon because he was having so much fun, he did not want to come home 🏡.
