  • Our experience with Modern Chinese School has been wonderful. This will be our third summer with MCS, and we couldn’t be happier. We absolutely love the staff, volunteers, and teachers. The level of care and attention they give to each child is truly beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. We also really appreciate how accessible the teachers are. We’re able to easily connect and communicate with our children’s teachers, which gives us peace of mind and makes us feel very involved in their experience. The staff genuinely gets to know each child and creates a warm, welcoming environment where our kids feel comfortable, supported, and excited to be there. We are so grateful to be part of the MCS community and look forward to another wonderful summer!

  • Modern Chinese School is an amazing afterschool program. They truly know how to run a structured, caring, and engaging environment for kids. The staff are good, honest people who genuinely look out for every child. My family has had a great experience here, and I highly recommend them.

  • My kids love this Chinese school! The teachers are kind and patient, and they’ve learned so much. Highly recommend for anyone looking to help their children learn Mandarin in a fun and supportive environment. They never want to leave when I’m picking them up, they told me they want to go there until they’re 60 years old. I completely approve their decision to do so. Wish I found out about this school earlier.

  • I took the SAT prep class at MCS in 2024 summer. I had taken the SAT twice before and scored exactly 1200 both times. After the 7 week program, I took it a third time and got 1310. It may not be the highest score, but I am very happy and impressed with my improvement.
