A very friendly and helpful group of people who are there for people who need a little help. And we're very accommodating to the need to avoid stairs, due to mobility issues.

Nathaniel DingleApr 24, 2026These people are a very huge let down! I called these people in late February. It is now April & I still haven’t heard back from them. They told me they would call me in 3 days & 3 days literally turned into nothing. & during the time that I did call, all I kept getting was the voicemail & not one single answer. I left a total of 2 voicemails & finally gave up. I will not be calling or leaving any more voicemails. If you’re in need of rental assistance please do not call or go to this place. They will literally ignore you & never call you. What a disappointment these people are. Such a shame!!
Dinelia MedinaApr 9, 2026Mandy on Ney Ave I literally would not recommend. Very rude. ney ave used to be a good place but over the years it has gone downhill so bad
