  I’m truly surprised by the lack of professionalism from this daycare provider, Genesis. She shows no sense of responsibility, and communication with her is extremely difficult. Any time you offer a suggestion or express concern, she reacts defensively or emotionally, which is very unprofessional. At times, I honestly felt like I was speaking to a teenager rather than someone entrusted with the care of children. What’s even more concerning is that she claimed her phone was damaged and therefore had no way to communicate with parents. That is simply unacceptable in a daycare setting, where reliable and consistent communication is absolutely essential. There’s clearly a serious lack of responsibility and maturity in how this daycare is run.

  5 Stars – An Exceptional Daycare Experience! Although I currently live in Florida, I’m so grateful for Munchkin Explorers Daycare in Bronx, NY, where my Godchild Lucas attends. Their educational program is truly amazing—thoughtfully designed with age-appropriate learning that supports every stage of his development. I’m always impressed by how they go above and beyond for birthdays and holidays, making each celebration so special and memorable for the kids. A huge thank you as well for maintaining such a strong social media presence—it means the world to me to be able to stay connected and witness Lucas’ milestones even from afar. This daycare is a gem, and I highly recommend it to any parent or guardian looking for a nurturing, engaging, and professional environment for their little ones!

  I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful care that Joel has received at your daycare. He has made so much progress in the short time that he has been attending, and it is clear that he loves being there. The staff is incredibly kind and patient, and they have a deep understanding of early childhood development. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that Joel is happy and comfortable. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities and toys to keep the children engaged.I would highly recommend your daycare to any parent looking for a quality early childhood education program.   I did not have in mind to put my daughter in daycare for many reasons, but mainly because she was going to be left in the hands of unknown people and spend longer time with them than me throughout the week. However, I was highly motivated to do so in this particular daycare by recommendation of my coworker and their daily Instagram posts. I have zero regrets enrolling her. By WEEK 2 she was already communicating with me when it came to eating. My daughter has developed in so many ways in only two months that she keeps surprising me daily and for that I am grateful to Genesis and Ali. Their true passion, love and dedication towards our kids is what makes them a high rated and functioning daycare. I will always highly recommend.

  The decision to send your child to a daycare is not an easy one when you are a working mother, however meeting Genesis and Ali has been a blessing in my daughter’s life and my life. They possess a genuine love for children and treat each little one as if they were their own. The daycare have Montessori-inspired approach of teaching the children life, sensory and social skills which is a wonderful start in early development. Since my daughter started she talking a lot more, learning sign language and counting just to name a few accomplishment. Communication between the staff and parent is fantastic too. Ms. Genesis keep me posted about my daughter progress and daily activities. I can’t express how much I am thankful for Ms. Genesis, as well as her staff, for all the support and love that they provide Victoria. Munchkin Explore provides a healthy and safe environment in which children can grow.
