  My Happy Place Daycare is a wonderfully clean and well-managed environment, and the staff, especially Miss Vicki, are truly exceptional.   I was so nervous about sending my daughter to daycare—but choosing My Happy Place was the best decision I could have made for both of us. Miss Vicki went above and beyond to make me comfortable during the transition. The entire staff is so warm and caring—my daughter literally hugs whoever opens the door each morning! They provide healthy meals and send home adorable arts and crafts projects. I also love that they update their app throughout the day with photos and notes, which gives me peace of mind and know she’s thriving. With fun holiday events and great friendships, it truly feels like her home away from home. I feel completely at ease knowing she’s in such loving hands.

  Where to begin? As a mom of three and due to various circumstances has had experiences with 5 different daycares, My Happy Place far surpasses all of the other ones my kids have attended. When my son was 2, we were lucky enough to come off the waitlist for My Happy Place after being in a truly horrible daycare. At the time they didn't have full availability but the owner Vicki worked with me so I at least had some days I could send him. It was like we won the lottery. He stayed until he attend Pre-K and at the same time I became pregnant with our 3rd. Our youngest has been there for just about a year now and I am just as happy with it now as I was with my son. The space is always spotless - with a room full of kids anyone knows is challenging. The staff is always welcoming with big smiles on their faces. I receive updates (photos, naps, bathroom, etc.) throughout the day - I've never wondered what is going on. There extra touches - gifts they create with the kids to give the parents are always so heart warming. The special events they add into the calendar are unlike any other daycare I've been apart of. When it's time for my youngest to leave I know I'll be heartbroken. Being with My Happy Place is like being apart of a family.

  We are so lucky to have found My Happy Place! Our daughter started in February and it has been such a smooth transition for her and us. It’s not easy making the decision to leave your child for the first time , but the staff at my happy place has made it easier than I’d ever expect. Our daughter absolutely loves Ms. Vicki, Mema , miss Cynthia and miss Jessica. They do so many holiday themes and projects , it is so much more than a daycare! Highly recommend for anyone searching for a place for their child to feel like home!

  My husband and I are so lucky to have found My Happy Place Daycare. My son has been attending the Massapequa location since its opening in September, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Miss Vicki and her staff are truly amazing! Miss Vicki and Mema welcome you at the door each day with a smile, making drop off comforting and stress free. The space itself is bright and welcoming, with décor that creates a cheerful environment for the kids. I love receiving pictures throughout the day of my son having the best time playing with his friends. Every month all parents are provided with a monthly newsletter to highlight special events, celebrations, themes, and curriculum your child will be engaging in. They do crafts for holidays and monthly themes as well as bring in special visitors to celebrate these events. The staff tailor all activities based on age, ensuring that every child is included. It is clear Miss Vicki takes the time to plan these meaningful events. A huge bonus is that they have a kitchen where Mema and the staff prepare all the meals. Not only does this make the morning less chaotic, but it gives me great peace of mind that my son is having a well-balanced breakfast and lunch daily. My Happy Place Daycare truly feels like a special place!

  Cole started in February after being home with me for his first year, so it was a big adjustment for both of us. From day one, Ms. Vicki and her team made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. They do an amazing job sending pictures throughout the day, which always makes me smile and feel connected. I also really appreciate how clean and organized the daycare is—it gives me so much peace of mind. The monthly newsletter is adorable, and I love seeing all the extra activities and learning experiences they provide for the kids. We are so happy with our decision to choose My Happy Place.
