  • The best daycare! We were so grateful for the attentive, kind teachers who cared for, taught, and loved our son the 2.5 years he attended.

  • I do appreciate the service this business provides. However, Natasha, the owner, developed an awkward relationship with the father of my children. She negligently enrolled the children by the father’s ‘manipulation.’ Without any form of communication with me, I also had no access to her since she mostly only communicates via her cell phone not the business office number. She was aware I was the mother, though wouldn’t allow me to take my own children out of daycare without the fathers consent. She also explained to me she needed consent from both parents, yet this formula was never applied the other way, she never asked for my consent on anything. And again only communicated with the father through text. And the father wouldn’t give me her cell number. She was then addressed by the state for her negligence and has yet to apologize. I would so appreciate an apology for the sake of understanding and the sake of our communities. Also what to thank this establishment for all the gifts and projects they put together. I truly don’t know how they can tend to so many, I hope the staff are fully compensated as well as Natasha. Thank you.

  • As a mother being in the military our days can already be stressful. When I drop my child off i want to know and trust that my child is in good hands especially since my child is there most of the day. In the beginning I was over joyed to find a good child care or so I thought. on 18 September 2019 I picked my 2yr old up and her jacket had a chemical ( looked like bleach) on it that badly damaged the jacket. the chemical was by the arm and the front of the jacket. when approaching the owner and staff about the incident all I kept hearing was they didn't know what happened. Which also means they don't know if any was consumed. This didn't sit well with me. I do not believe they would intentionally harm a child. I do believe some of the staff do not monitor the children properly. I have asked if they plan to get cameras especially after the incident they do not. Maybe the parents do need to have access to the cameras but the owner should if for nothing at all to explain these situations. I would NOT recommend them to anyone until they decide to get cameras unless you are comfortable with the response I DO NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR CHILD. Ensure to check child care violation reports before choosing any child care a lesson I learned they are public records. This facility has a history of failing to monitor children.

  • Our family loves Natasha and the staff. They have been part of our family for almost a year now. I love all the homemade gifts our little one brings home. They take great care of our little man and very accomadating to his needs. He’s always happy to see them in the morning.

  • My child has been at the Kiddie Shack since she was 8 weeks old and she is now 14 months. My biggest fear as a first time parent was finding someone to watch my child. Sending my daughter here takes all of my worries away. Natasha and her staff do a wonderful job not only taking care of my child but helping her learn and grow. I love that they use an app to keep you updated throughout the day. Highly recommend this daycare.

  • When you think of a daycare, most just think kids playing all day. My son has been going here for over 2 years. He is better off in his preschool class, because the providers take the time to teach the kids. They are very personable. They get to know the kids and their families inside and out. My daughter just started there in Jan ( shes 4 months) and they make sure she gets her tummy time. And they have this fancy app that the are constantly updating to let me know how much food shes eating, when her diaper is changed, and when she naps. I absolutely love it. As far as qualifications, Natasha goes above and beyond when it comes to her employees. She makes sure they not only have the minimum, but more. I can honestly say I am glad my kids are in the great hands of Natasha and her staff. I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
