Update: I initially tried to give the owner, Kimberly, the benefit of the doubt and handle my concerns privately. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences, I no longer feel comfortable staying silent. My biggest advice to parents is to carefully read your contract and review your invoices. I had a disagreement regarding a late fee because the amount I was charged did not appear to match the written policy. According to the contract, there is a 15-minute grace period. After that, the fee is $1 per minute up to 60 minutes, and $3 per minute after 60 minutes. On the day in question, I arrived 13 minutes late, which was still within the grace period outlined in the contract. Despite that, I was charged a $40 late fee. I wasn’t refusing to pay a legitimate fee—I simply asked for an explanation because I believe parents have the right to understand any charges they’re being asked to pay. In my experience, that conversation was handled unprofessionally, and I felt that our interactions changed after I questioned the charge. Most recently, I arrived to drop off my daughter and no one answered the door, despite the daycare being expected to be open. That experience added to my concerns about how the business is being managed. This review reflects my personal experience. I encourage parents to read their contracts carefully, ask questions if something doesn’t make sense, and make the decision that feels best for their family.
Sierra MarieFeb 2, 2026I genuinely love how the staff are very wholesome ! The communication and consistent updates throughout the day are immaculate ! Service is impeccable, they have an amazing clean and safe environment! Neymi and Friends go above and beyond ensuring each child receive their daily needs while keeping them engaged all day. As a parent with my child attending I can definitely say I feel at peace knowing my child is in safe hands. Being updated throughout the day about my child gives me a sense of ease while I’m at work ❤️.

Christopher McKinneyJan 7, 2026The owner is very nice ,very polite and made me feel comfortable first day at drop off while I cried lol. Daycare is very clean with learning activities, games, mats and schedules. I was able tracking feeding ( the ounces my child ate), communicate with her easily and view naps times thru the app as well as view photos . Location is very convenient off the highway.
