  • I can’t say enough good things about this daycare. They have succeeded our expectations by far. We were left in a pinch when the Canastota daycare shut down permanently with less than 24 hrs notice. This daycare was able to get us in fast and made the process so smooth. Not to mention it was night and day compared to the last daycare. The teachers are so nice and caring. The higher administration is readily available and are friendly while being easy to work with. Our little one always comes home happy and you can tell he is very well cared for there. He comes home with numerous arts and crafts and you can tell they really put the time into making sure they are engaging the children. Our newest addition will be going there in November and we could be happier to have them watch over another child of ours.

  • Moves kids up to next class before they are ready. When you provide the feedback, nothing changes and the staff get upset because your kid has accidents. Even though they moved him up earlier than he should have been.

  • I would love to give them 5 stars, I have heard such great things about this place. But unfortunately I have called numerous times for the past 6-7months now and only to be told I'm on a wait list(but yet I was not ask what my name is or childs name!?), told (2) times the director will give me a call back since they were on the Phone and they are the ones who do intake. Or to be told I'm 26th in line and there isnt any movement but keep calling to check in..... I have also done the contact form on the website and still nothing.
